This is a bad place I really don't recommend this place. I was interested in the private classes and I just send an email to this studio and I tried to schedule an appointment. But the studio didn't response me until I send the second one. The Lori, just told me that they don't have an appointment on Thursday, and she didn't respond my email forever. I am very angry with this behavior and I don't get respect in here. Don't come in here!

There are many positive things about this studio but it's just not for me. Classes are often crowded with little individual feedback, i hurt myself on several occasions.every teacher is different, which on the one hand is good because it gives them autonomy but on the other I found the lack of global structure overwhelming and not suited to my learning style. They ask at the start of class if anyone has injuries then you have to announce what your limitation is in front of the whole group when you may want to keep it private.also be aware that some classes get booked out so if you don't plan ahead then no yoga for you that day.

Some positives about this place: the infrared heating system is really lovely, teachers are knowledgable and friendly outside of class. I get why people like it here but I never really felt comfortable.

Really nice place. Super friendly staff, an overall very nice vibe and good facilities. The place just breathes calmness. Even though I've only been to one type of class so far the variety in classes offered is really good if that's what you're interested in.

Super happy here. Only thing is I wish there was a slightly less strict cancellation policy for the prenatal classes. 24 hours is a little bit much when you have crazy hormones doing weird things to you all the time! Also, would really love a birthing class in English! (Usually I'm fine with Dutch classes (I understand most things), but learning techniques to give birth safely is something I feel I need to understand 110%!) All in all keep being awesome - I always feel this place is a safe refuge in Utrecht!
