Our studio is primarily a breath and movement yoga studio that can add more to your existing yoga practice or create strong foundations for beginners. We believe breathing and moving together is one of the best ways to get the most out of your yoga practice and life.
Beginner Yoga

Yoga has so many benefits: relieving stress, lowering blood pressure, creating a sense of balance and well-being in the body and one's life, building strength, increasing flexibility, and more. Why not try it? This 6 week series of classes is designed for the absolute beginner. Yoga postures and breathing techniques are systematically taught creating a foundation for good alignment and form.
Online Classes

Practice with us from anywhere. All of our in-studio classes are live streamed online through a Zoom format, creating a hybrid class with students in the studio and online simultaneously. This seems to be the wave of the future. If the in-studio class fills up and/or you're not ready to join us in the studio, there is always an option to join us online.
