I was sent there by SSI because my husband passed this year February 10th and I am trying to get his SSI. I have been disabled for 13yrs. Just turned 60 in May. I was denied his benefits. Could any of you live off 810.00 a month?

Great Chiropractor. Explains what you have been doing in your daily life that causes your issue and what you can do to alleviate it. Mercedes at the front desk is a gem. She texts you to remind you before every appt and they give you at least 3 muscle relaxing therapies before your adjustment. Highly recommended

I was suffering from severe lower back pain and after few visits with Dr. Rael M. Gilchrist the pain was gone. His adjustments did the work. Dr. Gilchrist has helped me with my back pain. The staff was also very helpful. I highly recommend Care Medical Centers for chiropractic care.

Dr. Rael M. Gilchrist is one of the most professional and nicest Chiropractic Physician. Such a relief that at Care Medical Centers there are doctors who take time to listen to their patients' concerns. I had been suffering with chronic back pain for five months and had seen other chiropractor with no relief. But within 3 visits at Care Medical Centers in Boynton Beach I was 70% relieved from the pain.
