Integrated Acupuncture Services has been an important part of my body care. Red Light Therapy has been crucial in relieving aches and pains I have from exercise and getting old :. Red Light also makes your skin softer and helps to reduce cellulite. Dr. Mees is always welcoming and accommodating. What a wonderful experience. This was my first time trying red light therapy. It was incredibly relaxing. I think I felt more zen after this than I have in a float tank! The clinic was clean and inviting, the location made for a nice relaxing day, and Mary was friendly and professional. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended if you've been wanting to try red light therapy.

Mary is an excellent acupuncturist Dr. I would highly recommend her. She is wise and intuitive. She always knows what to do to bring my body back into balance or harmony.
