Reflexology, an integrative health practice, maps a reflection of the body predominately on the feet, hands, and outer ears. It uses unique techniques to deliver pressure to neural pathways assisting the body to function optionally. Application is required to specific areas of the distal parts of the body (feet, hands, face, and ears) to promote a response from another area of the body via the nervous system and acupuncture meridians.
