I highly recommend Baetens! Absolutely wonderful people. Everyone, including patients, seems to be genuine. I appreciate their flexibility in scheduling. Also, the massage chairs are a nice bonus.

Decent doctor nice office. But theu need a new scheduling team. They think their time is more valuable then mine. Not coming back as waiting an hour past my appointment time consistently even with an AM appointment is completely disrespectful.

Dr. Baeten & Dr. Wood & their staff have been great to our family! We are always greeted with smiles and those smiles quickly turn to laughter and great conversations! I've been going there for years and am happy with the care. Even today, when a patient came in and demanded to see Dr. Baeten even though she didn't have an appointment, they did what they could to fit her in. While I was there she freaked out over them requiring x-rays to treat her (which any good chiropractor should do before adjusting your spine!) she yelled about how they wasted her time and she took off work to be there.again, without making an appointment with them. The staff treated her with respect and kindness, even when she was yelling at them.
