Services
Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a dynamic, heated practice combining strength training and flexibility. This class uses infrared heat to enhance muscle engagement while reducing injury risk. Students build core strength, improve balance, and achieve mental clarity through flowing sequences. Ideal for all skill levels, it offers modifications for beginners while challenging experienced practitioners through progressive postures and breath synchronization.
Basics/Power
Basics/Power classes focus on posture alignment and sequencing modifications. Instructors guide students through foundational movements that build strength and stability. The 60-minute session gradually increases intensity before transitioning to cooling stretches. Heated to 80F using infrared technology, this class helps develop proper form while preventing overexertion. Participants learn safe transitions between poses while cultivating body awareness and joint protection techniques.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage employs gentle muscle manipulation to relieve tension and improve circulation. Therapists use long strokes and kneading techniques to reduce stress while increasing range of motion. This treatment promotes lymphatic drainage and decreases cortisol levels through targeted pressure point work. Clients experience improved sleep quality and reduced muscle soreness following each session, making it ideal for general wellness maintenance and stress management.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic Massage targets specific muscle groups with deep-tissue techniques. Practitioners address chronic pain patterns through cross-fiber friction and myofascial release. This treatment improves posture alignment by breaking down adhesions and scar tissue from injuries or repetitive strain. Sessions incorporate trigger point therapy to alleviate nerve compression symptoms while restoring mobility to restricted areas through focused pressure application.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage uses warmed basalt stones to deliver deep heat therapy. The stones' natural mineral content enhances circulation while relaxing tight muscles. Therapists place heated stones along energy pathways to release tension before incorporating them into massage strokes. This treatment combines thermal therapy with acupressure techniques to reduce inflammation and promote cellular detoxification through improved blood flow and metabolic waste removal.

I did a drop in while visiting from Arizona and the vibe and community is so welcoming! I had the pleasure of attending the Basics class with Raime on a Saturday and LOVED how she encouraged us to embrace the process : the triumphs, the failures and being playful I highly recommend this studio!

Divine is my yoga home, and I am so blessed to be a part of the community. The instructors are kind, knowledgeable, and truly care about their students; Cheryl is a fantastic business owner, instructor, and massage therapist; and my fellow yogis are accepting, inspiring, and overall good people. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate what Divine has given me the past couple-ish years!

Cheryl is an amazing and knowledgeable massage therapist! Her technique incorporates slow precise pressured strokes with intuitive body work that comes from her many years of experience. If you've been struggling looking for 'just the right massage therapist' you will find that in Cheryl. My only issue is that my 60 minute massage ended too quickly, next time I'll definitely be scheduling a 90minute. (1st time customer)

So far I have been able to only do Zoom classes because of C19, but it's been a great experience. Coco has been a great coach! She's very encouraging, knowledgeable and inspiring. Yoga is really helping me with my back problems and helping learn to get in touch with grounding inner self. Thank you! I would recommend this place to everyone.
