As a triathlete, I am constantly dealing with injuries, bike falls, etc. Active Lifestyle Medical offers shock wave therapy which I recently used on my knee. After the first session, I had significantly less pain and greater range of motion. This family owned practice has been wonderful with my back adjustments and other sports related injuries. Started with Active lifestyle medical six weeks ago with severe lower back pain and pain in my legs down to the knee I after the first treatment and therapy session I felt better and after six weeks I practically have very little and some days no pain. I had a surgery to remove a cyst from my neck/jawline area 3 years ago and was left with a huge amount of scar tissue. Because of this, tasks like opening my mouth to floss my molars, or keeping my mouth open at the dentist resulted in severe spasms. I was told by my ENT that Extracorporal Shockwave Therapy(ESWT) could break down the scar tissue. Dr. Arndt treated me with ESWT one time, and within days I could feel the scar tissue completely broken down and softened. I no longer experience the spasms I had when trying to floss my molars. The staff and Dr Arndt are all great and friendly and extremely helpful. I highly reccomend this practice.

Dr. Arndt helped me with my inflammation on my knee that had been going on since 2018. I am now able to walk, run, hop, and crawl on the floor with my grandchildren without pain. No other doctors were able to help me. I'm glad my sister told me able him.
