A very popular treatment plan in China is the 'once a month' plan. What it entails is that once a month, you come in for a checkup with Dr. Wade. He will check your pulse, tongue, symptoms, run an EKG on your heart, check your temperature and check your blood pressure. Based on this information, he will prescribe a bottle of Chinese herbs and give you an acupuncture treatment.
