Deborah completed her degree in acupuncture at the Tri-State Institute of Traditional Chinese Acupuncture in Stamford Ct. (now The Tri-State College of Acupuncture in NY, NY) in 1988 and later in Chinese Herbology in 1999. She was a faculty member of the Eastern School of Acupuncture in Montclair, NJ where she taught theory and supervised a clinic for 3rd year students.
