Certified instructors with 20+ years of experience provide customized lessons for beginners to advanced swimmers. Our natural filtration system uses sand, pebbles, and ionization to maintain chemical-free water that's gentle on skin and hair.
Spa Treatments
Comprehensive spa services including body massages, facial treatments, and scalp care in our second-floor wellness sanctuary. I started at CGI recently and now I cannot imagine a day without it. In just a few visits it has helped me sleep more soundly throughout the night, increased my energy during the day and my general well being. The staff is absolutely fantastic and every service they give has a lot of thought and heart in it. I feel so bless that i found CGI

Not only is the physical building beautiful, but all the staff and instructors at CGI are incredibly bright, kind and motivating. The classes that are offered are the perfect revitalizing influence you need after a long day at work. And the pool & saunas. It doesn't matter how exhausted you are: you will leave brighter and more energized. CGI has been an incredible source of stress relief and deep introspection that I was missing. I HIGHLY recommend anyone seeking an outlet for their physical, mental and/or spiritual fulfillment.

Serenity is at CGI. do not underestimate a gym with a pool next to a golf driving range as an ordinary place. CGI will return you back to who you truly are. From the pool - which feels like it has magical water- to the yoga mind health classes. It has to be experienced to understand it's beauty. It is spotless and cleaned constantly.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I do NOT recommend this club. They do not even deserve one star. The yearly membership is $4,000 with reduced hours, old equipment, horrendous management, deteriorating facility. NOT WORTHY! The gym equipments are old and purchased as used. They have not upgraded them since I started the membership 15 years ago. The Spa area has been deteriorated over the years with no renovation. The manager and asst manager are unprofessional, rude and deceitful.

CGI is a wonderful place to relax, learn, grow stronger and connect. It is spotless and well cared for. Staff is professional, knowledgeable, warm and inviting. Having worked in the luxury spa market for many years, I can honestly say this is a lovely and peaceful escape.

My husband and i have taken private and group classes in New City. It has been wonderful in so many ways. Marlene is extremely talented and her classes are terrific. We both work full time and juggle a crazy schedule. Our time spent with CGI has been emotionally, physically and spiritually therapeutic. It's the best gift we give ourselves every week!
