What to Expect
Report
Treatments begin with an intake interview conducted by the acupuncturist. Health history, symptoms, observation of the patient and assessment of the pulse and abdomen are part of this comprehensive intake. Based on this information, a diagnosis is chosen as a well as acupuncture points for treatment.
Conditions Treated

In addition to helping adults, we also treat infants, children and teenagers. Our infants and children patients are treated with a non-insertive style of acupuncture. Teenagers are treated with a gentle Japanese style of acupuncture. Typically the children we treat have GI and stomach problems, respiratory and allergy concerns.

Some insurances have started to cover acupuncture treatments. We encourage you to call your health insurance company to find out what is needed for you to receive reimbursement by your insurance for your acupuncture treatments. We will provide you with the receipt and information required. Currently, Catherine Thibault accepts Allways Health Partners Insurance.
