Services
Acupuncture
Traditional Japanese acupuncture treatments address chronic pain, stress reduction, and systemic imbalances through precise needle placement. Our gentle approach suits all patients, combining modern techniques with centuries-old practices to restore natural energy flow and promote self-healing.
Fertility Treatments
Specialized acupuncture protocols enhance fertility by improving reproductive organ blood flow and hormonal balance. Treatments complement assisted reproductive technologies while reducing stress and supporting overall wellness for both partners during conception journeys.
Qi Gong Classes
Guided Qi Gong sessions combine breathwork, gentle movement, and vibrational healing to cultivate vital energy. Classes incorporate essential oils and sound therapy to deepen mind-body connection and enhance participants' energy management capabilities through traditional Chinese medicine principles.
Aroma Point Therapy
Snow Lotus Essential Oil application at acupuncture points stimulates energy flow without needles. This non-invasive technique activates meridian pathways using therapeutic-grade oils, offering an alternative for sensitive patients while maintaining treatment efficacy through aromatic medicine principles.
Sound Healing Sessions
Custom sound healing experiences use tuning forks, singing bowls, and vocal toning to recalibrate cellular frequencies. Sessions target energetic blockages through specific sound wave patterns, promoting deep relaxation and facilitating emotional release while complementing traditional acupuncture treatments.

I havent yet taken a yoga class but plan to once my fractured ankle is healed. This is well worth my drive from Morgan Hill as I took a terrific and educational workshop taught by Kristen last week on the Sacral Chakra--the energy was amazing and I learned alot. The studio is a gorgeous setting and I cannot wait to take more workshops and classes there.
