Alane has helped my family so much! Two of my children have Lyme disease and after 5 years of many doctors and tests and misdiagnosis, Alane called it exactly on our first appointment. She has helped us figure out a treatment for Lyme that is helping. Numbers are improving and kids are feeling so much better. I'm always amazed at her depth of knowledge. It is easy to call or text the office and order supplements or make appointments. Russell is quick and helpful as well. We've called in tears and been encouraged. I'm so happy and thankful to God that we were referred to Nutritionally Yours.

Extremely disappointed in the "treatment" of Nutritionally Yours Alane Archer. I feel robbed. She did not deliver what is expected from a Naturopath. I advice to steer clear from her practice. She appears thorough at 1st and then you'll be advised/pushed into making numerous outrageously expensive test that tell you nothing. Her test reading is also very poorly delivered. Seems she likes to diagnose people with Lyme disease when picture is not clear enough. Puts you on heavy diet with not much guidance. Offers supplements and tests that make her a good chunk of a commission. All in all after $4000 spent I got nothing from her.

Most doctors wont even test for Lyme, let alone know what to look for. Thankfully, Alane is an expert. She quickly diagnosed and treated our daughter for Lyme. Thank you!

Alane is such a wonderful practitioner! Being a nurse, I have become frustrated with western medicine having a script for every symptom. Alane understands our God given ability for our bodies to be able to heal and strengthen if given the proper nutrition and support. She is an incredible listener, and looks at your whole story. Alane is an actual life saver. After 15 months of extreme illness, jumping between some of the top doctors in Atlanta, infectious disease doctors, neurological doctors and many more Alane figured out my problem with one appointment. I have Rocky Mountain spotted fever from a tick bite and she has started me on a diet and medications that have already given me so much relief in my symptoms. I wish so bad that I would have stumbled upon her earlier on because it would have saved me from so much pain and struggle. Alane and her team always respond to emails and calls and genuinely want to make you better.
She is the only medical professional I have ever found that actually wants to listen to you and doesn't rush you in appointments. I actually cried tears of joy when I got a diagnosis because it was such a long time coming. Thank you Alane! I cannot recommend her enough.

In response to your response: I am in atlanta. The review is based entirely on what happened to this person after seeing you and based on the information you gave them. Your son (i believe but i may be wrong) was also incredibly rude on the phone when genuine issues were expressed. and there was complete disregard from you in your diagnosis which were completely off the wall and wrong by any medical standard sadly. which resulted in my friend going to the hospital based on false data presented by you.
I apologize if this review is damaging but when it comes to people's health i don't think you can be playing around and diagnosing people with serious illness based on information you clearly don't understand or have education in. its just plain dangerous.

Cost was outrageous. Communication was null. And if I had a question it cost every time. To top it off her Lyme literacy is a joke and "treatments" are nothing more than a glorified Nutritionalist advice.

I took my mother here to see the the Nutritionist Alane Palmer! She was very Thorough my mother was very skeptical she's been battling with a tick bite for 20 years! Mrs. Palmer to help her get a blood test that determine what type of tick bet her which was Rocky Mountain spotted fever and for 20 years no one has ever done that She was told that she needed a certain diet and it really did help her!

She was great at first but then when her advise didn't take my healing far enough, I tried following up on her advise to see the doctor she says she's associated with I was blocked and told I would need more appointments with her again first. Very disappointed when I was led to believe they actually worked as a team.

I also give Alane and Nutritionally Yours five stars! Alane is understanding, kind, and truly cares about her clients. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. My health issues started in late 2009. I went to the doctor and pleaded for advice in my frantic state, only to be told I simply needed anti-depressants. I knew better. I started seeing Alane about a year ago and have greatly improved because of her care, which included testing, supportive supplements, and dietary changes.
I am no longer struggling with fatigue every day like I used to and my thyroid levels are better. Alane brought hope into my life when I felt it was lost. You could not ask for a better gift than that, especially when it comes to health. She is also great about keeping in contact with clients and is very supportive. Alane is a very knowledgeable ND with a big heart. My stepdaughter who was living in Italy had seen many doctors over the past 2 years with no diagnosis and a condition that was getting worse. I have known Alane for years and have heard many great testimonies from my patients about how she has helped them so I asked Alane if she could give her a phone consultation and try to figure out what was going on. Alane really wanted to see her in the office to run appropriate blood work and examine her in person but since it was not possible agreed to do what she could as distance medicine.
My stepdaughter felt at ease with Alane immediately and just with questioning her over the phone and ordering some local lab work from Italy she was able to help her through the crisis. She is doing much better now and I am forever grateful to Alane for caring enough to help and having the talent to do so.
