I am so thankful for Pamela! she is truly a Godsend! i never dreamed i would ever try accupuncture. but the pain in my hand was so bad ( and the rest of body as well). i left her office witn absolutely NO pain. i slept all night (the 1st time in years) and woke up ready to face the world! thank you Pam!

The treatment really helped relieve a lot of my upper back and shoulder pain on my first ever visit to an acupuncturist. Pam was very professional and excellent at carrying a conversation. I could tell she really cared about helping me feel better and believed she could help me even if I was uncertain about it at first.

Within a couple of weeks I could notice significant improvement, within a month all symptoms were gone and it has remain cleared for months now. I couldn't recommend Ms. Pam more. My 5 year old son had severe neck pain and couldn't not turn his head at all. He was very nervous to go to the Dr. let alone to have needles put into him! Pam was so caring and patient. Not only did he willingly let her do the acupuncture but as we were pulling out of the parking lot he turned his head for the first time in 2 days. He looked at me and said "that lady is magic". We are definitely believers of acupuncture after our experience and can't wait to continue working with her!

I've been receiving weekly treatments from Pam for about six months. She is very attune to my condition and is always ready to make adjustments as changes occur. I was very sceptical when I was asked if i wanted to try acupuncture. I can say now I am a believer. Pam is very knowledgeable and awesome. After dealing with back issues for so long I had immediate relief in my lower back. I could actually drive 1 hr without pain and discomfort. She listens to your needs and does everything possible to treat all pain issues. I look forward to more treatments.

I visited Pam with terrible TMJ. After my first visit it was 80 % improved. I could put my teeth together and chew again. I went today for my second treatment and feel positive that my problem has been taken care of. I do recommend seeing her.

I am old ... I mean OLD! I'm 86 and have tried to keep myself fit enough to enjoy every minute of life I'm given. I've gone to Health & Harmony for several years, more or less for maintenance. Years have taken their toll and my knees are bone on bone and now my hip has gone bad. I've gone to the doctor and gotten shots in it. But, this time it's gotten so bad that I could hardly walk and was forced to use a cane ... which can be inconvenient.

Today I cripped in with a cane and was in real pain ... about a 10. Ms Pam worked hard and long on me, and a couple of hours later I stood up and found I didn't need my cane! Seriously! I was afraid to take a step for fear that it was going to suddenly hurt and that I might fall. Nope. Here it is several hours later and I'm still so much better! Probably about a 3 on the pain scale. I can live with that! I'm so much happier than I was this morning! Thank you Ms Pam!!! I LOVE you and your business and don't know what I'd do without you!

It's hard to express the level of care and effectiveness received by Dr. Pam any time I've ever visited. She not only is a gifted practitioner, she truly cares about her patients and spends the time needed to address the issues at hand. She is amazingly effective with her treatments and we are extremely fortunate to have her here.

I've been having a dull pain in my lower left hip for about a month now when I'm sitting. I Never thought anything of it until this week when my lower back started to hurt then sever pain to the touch! After experiencing 2 days of serious pain no matter if I was sitting or standing I figured it was time to go see Pam for some acupuncture. After an hour of treatment today I sat on her table and had zero pain!

I stood up and again no pain! There is still one area that has so much inflammation that it needs to be iced a couple days before she can insert the needle fully. But all & all I feel amazing! I've been to Pam before and she has done amazing things that have healed me. She helped me with TMJ pain, sinus problems, and shoulder pain. I love her and would recommend her to anyone & everyone!!!

Pam is so sweet and genuinely cares for all of her patients. She spends so much time with each individual and listens intently. What she gave me actually helped... first stomach cramping relief Ive had in months!! Much cheaper than general treatment. I am amazed at how soon I felt results. If you are having any health issues shes worth a try at first before you go through so much pain before you even get into a traditional doctor.

What a gift it has been to find Health & Harmony! Both Ms. Pamela and Ms. Jessica are super nice and so caring! Not too long ago, I was very skeptical of acupuncture treatments.
