I went in because of an injury in my lower back that prevented me from even breathing well, let alone moving and walking. After looking at the health of my spine and making adjustments I have noticed not just improvement in my back but in how quickly I can recover, my headaches are almost non-existent, I've noticed I don't have allergies near severe like I have in the past (I didn't believe it had anything to do with my spine until I didn't go and they came back with a vengeance).
