Above & Beyond. Was having back problems, couldn't bend my back at all and dealing with bad pain. By the end of the first session, I could already feel a change. Most importantly, Dr. McKay explains what he is doing step by step, while him and his staff make you feel comfortable, almost like you have known them for years!

Dr B is really good he ran some tests and explained in detail my problems and created a treatment plan. I've had 2 sessions and can't believe the pain relief in my lower back. Highly recommend Darien Core Health

I highly recommend making an appointment at Core Health if you are someone suffering from headaches or have pain. I have had headaches for years and decided to finally do something about it. Dr. McKay is outstanding and was able to identify issues in my neck, which were causing my headaches. After multiple visits, I now rarely experience a headache! Overall, the staff at Core Health is amazing, everyone is very welcoming and all share the same goal of trying to help you!

I am a teacher and distance learning has taken its toll on my spine. 12 hours (sometimes more) hunched over a laptop at my kitchen table. If it weren't for Dr. McKay, I might never stand up straight again. If you're in pain, this is the place to come for help!

I come every weekend with so many ailments and Doctor Brian Mckay always fixes them. My mom even had plantercitis and he even helped her foot feel much better. This man is amazing!!!! Highly recommend him! My mom and I get stem and get adjustments from him. Everyone in the office is so friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and receive the treatment you need!

Dr. MaKay and his whole staff were excellent! I came in with a chronic lower back condition thats bothered me for years and left feeling better than I ever have. On top of that I now know what it takes to keep it that way. I NEVER FELT as though I was being made to keep coming just to keep me paying, as I have felt other places. He stated he wouldnt do that when we spoke day 1, and he didnt. When we came to a point where I was feeling better and he felt that I should be in good shape to stop regular visits, the response was call us when you need us. Definitely will use in future (if needed) and would highly recommend. Thanks!

The treatments from Dr. Brian McKay and his team at Core Health Darien have been life changing and life affirming for me. The most important outcome has been the elimination of previously necessary pain medication to manage the multiple challenges of what I believed were inevitabilities of "normal aging". The by products of his guidance-Increased mobility, ability to continue with strength and conditioning regiments I had to reduce or eliminate, and better sleep are just some of the outcomes his treatments have delivered. The first thing I need to say about Dr. McKay is he is much much more than a chiropractor. As a Chiropractor he is highly experienced and his office is has state of the art equipment and his staff is completely professional. Dr. McKay is actually a highly sensitive, intuitive, and kind healer. He certainly does everything that is needed to quickly resolve and correct whatever someone brings to him in terms of a problem, but his treatment is much much more.
