Meditation on the Inner Light and Sound
Meditation is a process by which one comes in contact with the Light and Sound already within oneself. The current of Light and Sound reverberates in all creation and is within us. By meditating on this current, one can transcend physical body-consciousness and journey to explore inner spiritual regions. With the help and guidance of a spiritual Master, this journey ultimately culminates in merger of our soul with the Divine within us.

I really love this place. I went in today to try and meditate and clear my mind and was sad to see they had their facilities closed due to Covid but do have online meditation classes still. It's a stressful world out there with so many triggers. It's nice to have a place you can go to, to ground yourself and clear your mind. If you're new to meditation, they offer guided and beginners classes. Please open back up! My only suggestion would be to maybe dress up the meditation room a little more. Last time I went it just seems like a conference room. But still very grateful for this place.

I first found SOS through a friend, and the spiritual master, Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj, and his teachings have quietly been transforming my life for about 5 years. It's difficult to capture in words change that is so deep and profound. It's better to experience for yourself. If you are on the fence, are looking to explore more on meditation, you find yourself curiously reading these reviews, or the beautiful gold building has been something you drive by and feel called to, do it. Check it out. Experience this place for yourself. No coincidences : It may be the best thing you ever do!

They have great vegan and vegetarian cooking classes on Saturday. The free yoga class was overall 35 minutes and 10 minutes at end to meditate. Yoga was held in separate building and classroom not that big so don't be late. Website requests to register for free classes but I noticed that you can just walk in and sign up.

Amazing place and the best part about it, it's free! People need these type of places in order to be able to open up their heart and more, be able to meditate in peace and feel right at home.awesome natural health library area with such great books where you can learn more about nature, our ancestors and what we did back in the old ancestor days for natural healing and plant based foods diet! They even have great great speakers on natural health and alternatives to western medicine. SOS also holds vegan cooking classes! And more! The list is long, you would have to check it out yourself! Love, love, love!

I'm grateful to be able to come here and recharge spiritually. They have a meditation sanctuary and they offer lots of free classes on different topics, too. I really liked one that I attended on forgiveness. Their weekend programs are great, especially when Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj is in town and is giving spiritual discourses. Super inspiring and uplifting!

Peaceful and warm place, full of friendly people. A mini United Nations with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. We ate a delicious vegetarian meal there on a recent visit (Langar-free meal).
