Super friendly staff and clean environment. Evolve takes care of your wellbeing, not only physically, but take the time to speak to you as if youre long time friends. Theyre very informative when explaining the process and why specific exercises and stretches affect certain muscle groups. Theyre thorough with all testing performed and take the time to listen to your concerns. If you are looking for a new chiropractor who will take the time and energy and care to work through your problems, look no further. I recommend evolve. Its only been about 3 weeks of therapy and have already noticed a difference. Consistency is key and evolve will keep you disciplined.

Before coming to Evolve Chiropractic in Gilberts I could not play the guitar. Well, I still can't play the guitar, but my body feels great! Dr. Zaid has done amazing work relieving me of persistent back pain through Chiropractic care and stretching exercises. Nicole has been awesome with addressing stiffness in my neck with massage therapy. Overall, the staff is very friendly and all about the wellness of their patients. I love coming to this chiropractor so much! Rose and Rebecca are so helpful and kind. They always say hello to everyone who walks in. They always try to remember names and treat everyone like a friend. They always remember my schedule. They also keep the office really clean! I'm a full time working mom of littles with hardly any time to spare. My car is also my office and I drive 150 miles on a good day. When I couldn't take the lower back pain and headaches anymore, I reluctantly made an appointment with Dr. Z. One week in and my headaches disappeared. Two weeks in and I wasn't sleeping on a heating pad anymore. He listens, is super supportive, caring, and EFFICIENT.
He makes it possible to fit time in for my health. I'm SO glad I clicked on that FB ad many months ago. Now I'm pain free in maintenance mode and bring the kids with me. My 1 yo sleeps so much better! Oh! We can't forget about Nicole! What an amazing MT! She is so sweet and comforting, takes her time, and has magic hands. Wish I could go for a massage everyday! Seriously, just go, you won't regret it.

I'm so glad I found this chiropractor after moving to the area. I was in so much pain after working from home during Covid and sitting at my computer for hours on end. My extensive treatment plan was a deal breaker. I'm so glad I signed up for it and now I'm on a regular maintenance regimen. I started having lower back pain. It's started to get in the way of me doing my normal day to day activities. So I started looking around and going over reviews for different chiropractors. I found this place and I don't regret choosing them. The staff are amazing. Place is very clean and covid friendly. Now I barely have back pain after a few months of treatments. I still go to help adjust my back a couple days a week.

After being diagnosed with frozen shoulder in May & getting the options of cortisone injections + physical therapy or surgery, I chose to try the chiropractor fist. I'm glad I did. After 10 weeks with Dr. Zaid I have gone from 35% movement to 70%! It's probably not the fastest route I could've chosen but by far the healthiest. Saw my orthopedic this morning & he doesn't even need to see me for another follow up, "keep doing what you're doing. Your making great progress". Rose at the desk is super helpful & the massage therapists are amazing!

Proof that chiropractic adjustments work! I have been seeing Dr. Zaid this past year for neck and headache issues, but this particular incident was amazing. My son had kicked me in the ribs on accident rough housing. At the time I didnt think it was a problem until I was experiencing sharp pain even to breath making sleeping miserable. I happen to go see Dr. Zaid for one of my appointments and mentioned how much pain I was in that I didnt think he could do my regular adjustment.
He told me he could help me with rib and by that night I was sleeping without pain! In few days it was not feeling as tender anymore. If I had gone to the ER, they would have prescribed a ton of pain relievers. Proof!

Dr Z is amazing! He implemented multiple forms of treatment for my back and neck pain, such as chiropractic adjustments, stretching and traction. My massage therapist, Nichole, is also amazing! My wife and i signed up for 36 sessions due to back and neck issues. The staff has been fantastic and the treatment plan has done wonders for our pain. At first I went in for a massage due to neck pain. I was not ready to take the leap and see a doctor. I was unable to turn my head or bend it backwards. I saw Harris and he was amazing. He found all the trouble areas and gave me tips. Afterwards Dr. Lloyd and I talked a bit about my neck issues and how to help them in the future. Needless to say they have gained my trust and I will be returning to get full exam.

A great place to go for your Chiropractic needs. Everyone at the office is helpful and friendly. They make you feel very welcomed at the office. I have been a patient of Dr. Fielder for many years, he really cares about his patients and their overall well-being. He is a joy to talk to and always makes you laugh. The massage therapists are awesome. They have really been able to help me with all of my back, hip and neck problems. Phenomenal staff. Always friendly and professional. Been working with them on some nerve issues in my neck and did not expect to see such rapid results in so little time. The numbness in my arms is gone! They also offer acupuncture and therapeutic massage. Great all around services offered.
