Great variety and Great customer service. Daily Specials; Monday-Friday deal where if you come before noon, and spend at least $20 you get an additional % off your total purchase. Variety of strains like Hash Burger, Durban & Pineapple Express. Emily was friendly and helpful with information and selection. Nice petite facility w/ waiting area. Parking in the back of building. Good pricing, premium flower choices & topicals. 10/10 Recommend!

I have been to many different shops and received help to spend my money and sometimes even walked out with a product that was not even close to what I wanted. But when I arrived at urban I was greated with a smile (hidden behind a mask) but also with some knowledge that no other place or budtender has ever said. Bri helped me understand more about what I needed based on the problems I suffer from. She took the time to answer my plethora of questions and did so with the patience of Buddha. Not once did she make me feel like I was an annoyance or that I was just another sale. The concentrate i purchased was top shelf and super affordable. I will be returning for sure and I dont even live near by so that says a lot about them.

This is the best dispensary in Portland. The people are so kind and welcoming. If you tell them what youre looking for, they know exactly what you need. Everything is well organized and clean. Had a great costumer service experience here. I was short on cash for a flower strand I was interested in. Before I could even look at another cheaper strain. Krystal and Josh (Who was currently working behind the desk.) said they would cover the remaining amount. Something that doesn't happen to much in this industry. (Thanks again you two.) What this shows me is a good relationship between the employee, followed by organization of the work place. Which is more then enough a reason to come back and support the store more. This is definitely a nice place to check out flower(Weed), lots of variety of strains. - Thanks for making my day a bit better.

Love this place!! I live by a few dispensaries that are much closer to my place but always go here because the salespeople are awesome and not at all pushy. They help when they can but are also great about quick easy purchases, which is what I look for. If you happen to run into Randa while shes working she is one of my favorite cause shes straightforward and not at all pushy, and as someone that has been a casual smoker for a long time its very refreshing have someone that just listens and helps to point in the right direction.

So friendly! My fiance and I just moved here from the west coast, and this was our first stop!
We called ahead to see if they were open, and the lovey woman I spoke with was very informative. Upon entering the establishment, we showed our IDs and were let in without any issue.
The staff are so friendly, and we will definitely be coming back again.

Honestly, my favourite dispensary anywhere near Portland. It's truly a neighbourhood store with a staff of insanely knowledgeable people.
The first time I went in, I was a little overwhelmed by choices, but each of the staff members patiently explained everything I had a question about.
