Upon arrival, clients settle into our peaceful space before consulting with their practitioner about health concerns and wellness objectives. Treatment then begins at the scheduled time, followed by payment, review of the recommended treatment plan, and future appointment scheduling. We also partner with Fullscript to provide trusted supplements and wellness products shipped directly to clients.

We provide a customized Acupuncture Combo that combines clinical acupuncture with therapeutic massage for a cohesive treatment experience. Your session may also include cupping therapy or moxibustion at no additional charge. Each treatment is adapted to your comfort and health goals, while these complementary modalities remain optional throughout your visit. 
Through our signature Acu-Crystal Chakra Balancing treatment, we combine the time-tested practice of traditional acupuncture with several energetic modalities during a 90-minute session. Essential oils, therapeutic crystals, targeted sound healing, and intentional ritual are used in sequence to address energetic blockages. The treatment is intended to restore weakened or stagnant vital energy and promote a centered, peaceful state. 
We provide a specialized lymphatic drainage massage designed to encourage healthy lymphatic movement. Because the lymphatic system relies on physical activity and deep breathing rather than a central pump, it can become sluggish or congested. Our experienced therapists use gentle manual techniques to reduce swelling and fluid retention. The treatment also supports detoxification, circulation, immune function, and inflammation relief. 
Every massage we provide is tailored to the clients needs, beginning with a clear understanding of the desired outcome. We then determine which techniques the client enjoys and apply a variety of methods suited to the sessions goals. This service can address stress, joint stiffness, muscle pain, scar tissue, headaches, sinus congestion, digestive disorders, TMJ, sports-related injuries, and other imbalances. 
Our cranio-sacral therapy uses gentle hands-on techniques to address restrictions extending from the sacrum to the base of the skull. This treatment is performed while you remain clothed, so we recommend wearing loose-fitting, comfortable attire. Although massage therapists provide the therapy, it is not classified as massage. We aim to improve central nervous system function while relieving pain and dysfunction, with applications for neurological disorders, spinal injuries or degeneration, headaches, and migraines.

I have had massages with both Mary and Sadhvi. Both are great; both use hot towels and stones (and essential oils, if you want); and I always leave relaxed! They genuinely want to help you feel better and will suggest things sometimes during the massage so dont be surprised if they talk to you at certain points throughout the hour. I love that I dont have to drive all the way to AVL for a wonderful massage experience!

I have been going to acu-na wellness for the last 6 months. When I first started I could hardly walk the pain was a 10. Now my pain is 3 and improving daily. I can walk again and be up in my feet and legs for hours. I was on two blood pressure medicion and stomach medicine when I first started going there. I am now off my medicine and I have normal blood pressure. I am so thankful for being referred to this wonderful lady Mary Hodge who is so dedicated and knowledgeable about my health. She has given my life back to me. If your legs and feet hurt and doctors tell you nothing wrong make a appointment with acu-na wellness center

I am writing to recommend Acu-Na to anyone in pain. I was in a motorcycle accident 6 years ago. Within the last couple of years, I began experiencing neck pain and numbness. My X-rays showed bilateral cervical stenosis as well as arthritic changes. I tried various PT exercises but no relief My husband found Acu-Na and convinced me to try acupuncture, so we made an appointment. I cannot exaggerate the relief only 3 treatments have provided. Mary was amazing with how she was able to get me comfort and reduce the pain and spasms. Acupuncture, cupping and laser stimulation all helped. I highly recommend Acu-Na to anyone needing pain relief or muscle relaxation.

Just have to share, I visited Acu-na Wellness Center in Hendersonville, NC. I have had severe neck pain since February and have treated with Western medicine and Chiropractic. While chiro gave me the best results, I had no real relief until I visited Acu-Na. I have had neck issues for about 30 yrs and recently have gotten worse after Physical Therapy, I've also had 2 rotator cuff surgeries and lower back surgery. Thanks to Mary and Acu-Na my life is good again and I actually have hope of returning to my active life again. This is the first experience with acupuncture and I highly recommend it.
