Our owner and lead chiropractor, Dr. Caitlyn "Catie" Cortner, DC, completed her Doctor of Chiropractic education at Life University in 2016 and holds certification in the Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). Since 2018, she has provided chiropractic care to families in Forsyth County. We believe care should be gentle and appropriate for every stage of family life, whether we are working with a newborn, a growing child, an expectant or new mother, or an adult.Our prenatal appointments are centered on the Webster Technique, a specific chiropractic assessment and adjustment used to support pelvic balance and alignment during pregnancy. Pediatric and infant care relies on light-pressure techniques that are scaled to the child's age and size. Before making recommendations, we conduct a thorough history and examination so that each patient's care plan is suited to the individual. Arise does chiropractic right. I can’t recommend Arise enough. The clinic is about 40 minutes away from me, but I gladly make the drive because they are truly the best at what they do.
I was dealing with serious back pain from a herniated disc, and it was affecting my daily life in a big way. After getting treated here, my pain is completely gone. I can now carry my kid without any issues, which honestly means everything to me.

My child receives weekly chiropractic care at Arise. The staff, Dr Cortner, Dr Kelly, Dr Morgan, Amanda are amazing! We cannot recommend this place (and these people) enough. Both myself and my eight month old get adjusted. It has improved our quality of life greatly. My son had plagiocephaly and we did not want to go the helmet route. We chose chiropractic care instead and his head has completely corrected in shape. They are helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, and kind.
