Services
Medical Massage
Report
Medical Massage Medical massage combines the best of Sports Massage, Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Therapy. Learn how to assess musculoskeletal dysfunctions, myofascial restrictions and postural deviations that can cause chronic pain and misalignments; treat the musculature with deep tissue therapy and massage; and, rehabilitate the muscles using range of motion, passive stretching and strengthening techniques.

Medical massage is a great addition for someone who only has basic massage training, because it allows you to address the cause of a person's musculoskeletal dysfunctions, which can lead to a more permanent, pain-free resolution. Medical massage is a must for any serious bodywork therapist.
Reflexology
Report
Reflexology Reflexology is the art of foot massage and foot pressure point treatment. By utilizing points on the soles of the feet that have a corresponding influence on other parts of the body, the reflexologist can affect a person's overall well-being, eliminate stress and bring the body and mind into proper balance. Reflexology not only feels great, but can provide the entire body with a very effective internal tune-up.

Our 110 Hour Reflexology Certification program is a complete and professional training. The student learns reflexology mapping, reflex point treatment, anatomy, physiology, pathology, de-stressing protocols, complete reflexology foot massage routine, ethics and business practices. Graduates are eligible for certification from the American Reflexology Certification Board.
Reiki Training Programs
Report
Reiki Training Programs Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is a very effective form of energy healing that is thousands of years old. Rei means universal and refers to the spiritual dimension of the soul. Ki means the vital life-force energy which flows through all living things. Together, these Japanese words represent the concept of universal life-force energy. "

The Reiki Levels 1 & 2 student learns how to stimulate this life-force energy through a system of training developed by Dr. Mikao Usui. With the systematic placement of the therapist's hands, the Reiki practitioner learns to relieve muscular stress, promote a deep state of relaxation, balance the body's energy, promote mental well-being, support the body's natural healing powers and re-establish spiritual balance. Reiki is great for people who prefer a more gentle and soothing touch.

For the administration at this school to allow this behavior during a foot ball game and try to down play it that the students had the field decorated for 911? It is clear that these students are racists and it is disgusting that the administration allowed these students during the game to keep their signs up and chanting. This behavior is sickening coming from a parent.

The school administration is trying to cover it up. What kind of example are you as educators teaching the youth today that this is Ok how to treat other students coming from another school with such hatred. I am ashamed to know that there are schools like this near the city I live in.

I thought this school was a place for higher learning in a very affluent neighborhood but it seems I was wrong. Just another case where the adults and school are being run by the kids. SAD SAD SAD

My daughter recently had a basketball friendly match against Aliso but let me say, this school was anything but friendly. The girls basketball team here has horrible sportsmanship and strong inability to treat people with kindness. I have never been more appalled at a school in my life. As my daughter's teammate was shooting free throws, the Aliso girls were being extremely unprofessional by making an abundant amount of noise on the bleachers.

In addition, my daughter's friend wanted to purchase a quesadilla from the snack bar however, she was flat out refused without any good reason. She thought perhaps they had run out but she saw them serve a quesadilla to the next person. There is a clear bias at this school. Overall, the Aliso girls basketball program is garbage and I would suggest not sending your child to this school, at least not for basketball.

This is the baseball field for the Aliso Niguel High School baseball team. Practices and games are held here. It's in between the football field and the outdoor basketball courts. You'll want to park on the North End of the main parking lot.

My husband is an alumni of Aliso Niguel. He loved his experience, especially on their basketball team both as a coach and a player. I recently enjoyed watching him play in an Alumni versus Sophomore game! It was a neat event.

Very good school, the quality of education is nice. The infrastructure is pretty meh at times however. That's not very befitting of a school in Aliso Viejo.

I was in 200 building in class and a live termite fell on my desk! There was also a big dead cockroach in the girls locker room. They really need to have the place cleaned. In the restrooms, the have medal mirrors. can they find another way to have mirrors? Oh, also the stalls are rusting a lot from the bottom, they can break any day now. At least the staff is great. I'm basically saying they need an upgrade to their school
