Dr. Jess helped me to finally resolve my chronic hip pain. At her insistence I got an MRI which revealed huge uterine fibroids that were causing my hip pain. I just had a hysterectomy last week, and I'm already feeling better. Dr. Jess told me how to get the referral I needed to Kaiser Sports Medicine for the MRI. At my sports medicine appointment, when I mentioned that Dr. Jess was suggesting an MRI, Kaiser Sports Medicine physician Dr. Tara Amanda Shaw scheduled it immediately. Because of Dr. Jess, I discovered the real reason for my chronic hip pain. Now I look forward to a smooth recovery and a possible return to running!

Dr. Jess literally saved my life some 20 years ago--my back kept "going out" doing simple tasks and she worked on me several times to relieve my immediate back and leg pain, but I REALLY APPRECIATE how she didn't hold back and told me, "you will keep having these back problems unless you lose the weight." In these days do "shame avoidance" her words woke me up, and I started cycling and went from 260 pounds down to 190 in about a year, in my mid-40s!

Now I am a uber-fit 66 year old cycling 150 miles a week and in the best shape of my life at 175! Thanks to Jess for waking me up to reality and getting me started on my road to health and wellness!

Dr. Jess is so good at what she does. I highly recommend her. She expertly did a bike fitting for me which included minor changes to my bike and cleats. The changes helped to reduce some back stiffness I was experiencing. In addition to the bike and shoe adjustments, she recommended some stretching too. I found Jess to be super knowledgeable, attentive and genuinely interested in helping the customer. If I need help down the road, she'll be the first person I call.

Dr. Jess is just wonderful! She is a consummate professional and a genuinely caring and nice person. I'm a physical therapist so I know the difference in the level of care she provides. She did my bike fit for my triathlon bike and I couldn't be happier! She was able to adjust things on my bike to give me more power in my right leg and also to open up my left hip (since it's a bit tighter). I'd highly recommend her if you're in pain and/or you need a bike fit!

Simply amazing! I tweaked my neck and back holding my infant on a cross country flight and Dr Jess was able to fix the tightness and give me immediate pain relief. After three sessions of cupping, ART (active release therapy) and taping I was back to my strong active self! I love that her approach is very open to several techniques and she wants to fix things as quickly as possible and in as few sessions as possible.

Instead of telling me she would need to see me for a set period of time, Dr Jess left it up to me to decide how often and when I need to come in, as her goal is to get you back to working out and your regular routine ASAP! She also does bike fittings (very important!) and run assessments (key in not getting injured!) for novices and weekend warrior endurance athletes.

I can't begin to describe how amazing Dr. Jess Greaux is as a person and a chiropractor. She is very dedicated to her profession. I have MS, have had colon resection surgery, dislocated shoulder, shoulder surgery, knee surgery on both knees and foot surgery. I am still very active but have a regular tendency to tweak something out of alignment. She is very skilled in her assessment of the cause/origin of the "tweak" and has always been able to get me back to "normal" in no time whatsoever. She has helped me with gait analysis and with the dreaded dead butt syndrome or the foot droops. I consider her a miracle worker.

Dr Jess has helped me tremendously this year. I had sciatica early this year and then been dealing with hip & hip pain which has been feeling better. Early in the year I had to stop running and shes helped me to get back to my feet. She is highly skilled at what she does and super easy to talk to as well. She has lots of experience treating Runners a reason why I began to see her.

I started seeing Jess (Dr. Greaux) several years ago. I saw her for various things - back pain, wrist sprain, sprained ankle. She always got me back on track in a visit or two. The thing I like best about this style of chiropractic treatment, ART, is that there is an emphasis on healing in just a visit or two if possible and teaching you how to manage the injury or weakness through taping and/or exercises.

This visit was for knee pain, some related to IT band tightness. Jess did some deep tissue work on the IT band with a pain-relieving lotion then did cupping with a little Chinese cupping therapy kit. With the cups in place she moved my leg in a way it wasn't able to move before she began the treatment because it was too painful. She explained that how she was using them was different than Chinese medicine because she wasn't using meridians.

The cupping looked really freaky. Big disks of my skin were sucked up into the cups and the skin turned reddish purple. It can leave round bruises but I didn't get any. She slid the cups around a little with the aid of the lotion on my skin. She told me that I could purchase an inexpensive kit online and treat myself with the cups. I found a small one for about $15 and it has helped a lot.

She also put two lengths of spider tech kinesiology tape around my knee to stabilize it. I've tried to replicate this at home though it is hard to get in the same exact spot but I think it has helped some anyway. She also suggested biking to strengthen my quadriceps. In any case, one visit with helpful suggestions and my knee is on the way to better when healing had been stuck. Highly recommended.

I feel so blessed I found Dr. Jess. I am a 68 year old woman with osteoporosis and degenerative disc issues in my neck that have caused me problems. Although her training, skills and abilities are oriented towards sports, she agreed without hesitation to take me, an older woman with different needs, under her wings. I am pretty aware of my body and issues, and also very particular about practitioners.

She tunes right in without my having to say a word. After a session with her, I feel like I am walking on air as I go to my car and her therapy seems to hold. Wow! She is the best!

Dr. Jess is the best I've visited. I've been to her on and off for years for knee and back pain mostly (related to cycling). Her memory, attention to detail, and desire to get you back to your best during every visit is not only impressive, but genuine. She is always aware of the latest effective techniques and is also able to fully explain their uses to me. You couldn't pay me to visit another physical therapist in her place.

Dr. Jess has a creative and individualized way of treating my knee pain. I have seen many sports medicine doctors and physical therapists for my left knee tracking issues with zero improvement over the past year. These physicians seemed to have put me into a preconceived category of disorder and then just followed the standard scripture for treating it, despite my constant complaints of pain while doing the prescribed exercises and the fact that things were getting worse.

Since I started seeing Dr. Jess a month ago, I have discovered so much more about what might have caused my condition and what new remedies I could try for fixing it. It turns out my problem is more complicated than the standard scripture can cover, and ingenuity and experimentation is required to customize a recovery plan that would work for my specific condition. Dr. Jess is the only person I have found that is capable of such creativity.

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Jess. I can finally feel safe and orientated under her care. Do yourself a favor and see Dr. Jess if you have a long standing condition, as you may be able to revive your journey to recovery thanks to the knowledge, keen observation and individualized care that Dr. Jess will provide.

Jessica is amazing. She cured my frozen shoulder in 3 weeks, which was several months quicker than she suggested and 9 months to a year quicker than my orthopedist suggested.

Jess knows athletes and how to keep em going! been using chiropractors since I was a child, and Jess is one of the best I've ever worked with. She has a multitude of backgrounds which can help change your problems for the better and provide maintenance exercises and body work. Attentive and ready to help you get better, not just suck your wallet.

Back in March 2015, I had severe nerve pain running from my cervical spine down into my left arm. It was so unbearable I sought cervical surgery for what was diagnosed as herniated disks. I was told by three different neurosurgeons that I needed complete cervical fusion. I flew down to San Diego for a fourth opinion. This surgeon recommended Active Release Techniques (ART) instead of surgery.

That therapy, and especially Dr. Jess, has given me a new lease on life. I am almost completely pain-free, have renewed mobility, and I'm off all my medications after just a little over a month. I owe you so much, Dr. Jess! This is truly a time when yelp needs 10 stars!

Everything was just great. Dr. Jess and Mitchell are helping me with my run form with their run analysis and gait retraining. The minor persistent injuries and aches are already going away. The customized therapy and strengthening exercises have really helped. Looking forward to continued improvement. Thank you both.

I have used Innersport on two different occasions: once to work on my right hip several years ago, and recently to work on a left sole injury. Drs. Jess and Jeff have treated me effectively and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. For instance, today I walked out in much less pain, and was given some roller exercises to do. My work as an audio engineer requires me to lift and carry packing cases which weigh up to 50lbs.

While I can allow plenty of lead time at setup, the end of a show is a different story - everything needs to be packed and hauled away as quickly as possible. Those are usually the times when injuries occur. There is also a lot of driving in a stick-shift car to and fro. I am now in much better shape, as I am taking classes at Happy Hour Fitness. However, if Dr. Jess hadn't taught me the basics of using a foam roller those few years ago, I wouldn't have been able to tackle these exercise classes! I've signed up for a multi-appointment pass at Innersport Chiropractic, and plan to see Dr. Jeff regularly: maintenance and awareness are an important component of staying fit!

Within 2 minutes Dr. Jess knew what was wrong with my knee! I have no idea why I waited over a year to get this looked at, but I am back on the road to recovery now. I had a couple of questions regarding the exercises and I emailed them to her. She replied quickly and I really appreciate that level of service. I've gone to PT in the past and was given a sheet of paper with the exercises to do. At Innersport they email you a link with videos with the specific exercises you need to do, which is really neat!

I'm the Yelp Dutchess of Innersport Chiropractic! Wait.that means I've paid HELLLLLA money into this place.but.there is no price to relief. I've had plantar fascitis since November 2011, and I've tried all the stretching, light on leg activities, but to no avail. I USED to get out of bed and hobble over towards the bathroom, but after my FIRST visit with Sandy at Innersport, I was up and in the shower before I realized.wait.

I didn't hobble.nothing hurt walking into the shower? This has cost MONEY and MANY MANY follow up visits because I cannot put a cost on pain relief.but even after the FIRST visit. Sandy with her magic hands has made me a believer in Innersport Chiropractic care. With her massages and adjustments, I have been able to see the light in a full recovery! Thanks Sandy!

Dr. Jess has been working with me the past few weeks to rehab my shin splint (medial tibial stress syndrome). Shin splints are annoying and I was really bummed that my running was hampered, but just after the evaluation and some (rather "uncomfortable") massage I immediately started feeling better. Typically, they ask you to go 2x/ week for the first 3 weeks, and then to taper the visits thereafter.

The initial evaluation lasted about an hour, the second visit involved a video analysis of my running (apparently I twist my right hip really awkwardly), and then it's some chiropractic work and exercise recommendations for about 20-30 minute visits. Dr. Jess is active and loves dogs, up-to-date, and works hard to get you back on your feet. Service has been great, and there's parking nearby which is also helpful.

Sometimes I can't remember all the exercises that are recommended, so I do wish that they were written down with directions. Also, if you don't have a dense (black) foam roller or exercise bands (examples are on her website), doing some exercises can be inconvenient. Being able to book online is also pretty convenient; it's a nice plus.

All in all, nice sports-oriented chiropractic work. I do wish they took my insurance, though (Anthem Blue Cross); the visit costs add up (prices are not cheap but not the most expensive I've seen) and the paper superbills for claim submission are annoying. An update - it's been about 4 weeks and my shin is feeling pretty darn fantastic. exceeded my expectations. thanks Dr. Jess! PS: check out her blog -- it's a good read. :) Link is on the website.

Dr. Johanna Lelke was able to pinpoint the exact place where I was injured in my ankle (my prior chiropractor couldn't identify the right spot), and with super strong fingers, I could feel the healing occur as I was going home from my first session. Dr. Lelke is understanding, very professional, and always sensitive to my pain levels, she is a fantastic practitioner, highly recommended for active folks who want to be in top shape for their sport or activity. I am a firm believer that ART is an effective treatment for muscle and ligament strains for me. Just remember during the ART session: Breathe, because it's a good pain!

I highly recommend Dr. Jessica Greaux. Over the years I have seen Dr. Greaux for various tweaks and issues that come with the territory of endurance sports. From her chiropractic work, to ART to video analysis and assessments, you can't beat Dr. Greaux's expertise. She understands and is in tune with the body, the athletic mind (and our desire to 'get back to training' asap) and she simply knows her stuff.

It helps tremendously that she is an athlete herself. She walks the walk, as they say. As a professional triathlete, my livelihood depends on my ability to train day after day and perform on race day. I trust Dr. Greaux. She helps me help myself and she'll do the same for you.

Dr. Jess is the best. Unlike other chiropractors, her goal is to get you to the point where you don't need to see her anymore. She listens carefully, uses all the diagnostic tools at her disposal (she videotaped me running to look for clues about what was causing my persistent pain), does terrific Active Release Technique, and TEACHES you how to get yourself well.

If you are serious about working with someone who will provide you with the tools to keep yourself healthy, you can't do better. I've been to many PTs, chiropractors, and massage therapists, and I think Jess's practice embodies the best qualities of all of those fields. P.S. Her practice is focused on sports medicine.
