Nature's Connection was founded in 1992. Over the years my business has grown and developed professionally, as I have grown and developed personally. Over 20 years ago, my life was defined by pain and suffering. I was living with chronic muscle pain, migraines, fatigue, food allergies, and insomnia, due in part to fibromyalgia.

Reflexology is a science based on the principle that there are specific points or "reflexes" in the hands and feet relative to specific organs, glands, all body parts. Stimulating these reflexes helps normalize body functions by relieving stress and tension.

Nature's Sunshine began over 50 years ago encapsulating herbs for customers. Today, the product line has expanded to include a large selection of herbal formulas, vitamins, liquids, flower essences, essential oils, and more. All products are designed with the customers' needs in mind. Please make every effort to arrive 5-10 minutes early. If you are running late please call to let me know you are on your way. Your session will end on time, regardless of how late you start so the next client is not delayed. You will be charged for the full session. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment a 24 hour notice is required. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours a late fee of $25 will be charged and due before rescheduling your appointment.
