Services
We believe that anyone can practice yoga. Yoga is a spiritual practice with a physical component. We teach and practice yoga based on the traditional teachings of ancient yogis who taught the dismantling of the ego while building strength and flexibility in the body and mind. Our teachers come from different traditions and different teacher training programs, each adding their unique insights to their classes. What they all have in common is their passion for sharing the profound benefits that yoga has to offer in loving and non-judgmental ways.
We strongly suggest that you download the Red Sun Yoga app, if it is available on your device. Our app provides access to the current schedule, account information, workshop details, etc. and offers you the opportunity to register (or cancel) classes with two clicks. We kindly request that, if you are unable to make a reservation, please cancel within twenty-four hours to allow other students who may be on the waiting list ample time to prepare and attend class.Reminder: please arrive prior to the posted class start time.
Gentle classes are defined by their accessibility to nearly everyone. The pacing of the gentle classes is mindful and slow, allowing time to move from one posture to the next or simply stay where you are if that is what your body is asking for on a particular day. Options to go a little deeper may be offered if you're looking for a deeper stretch, but the foundation of a gentle class is to provide a safe place to cultivate inner peace.
We are delighted to bring yoga to you in this way. Sharing yoga and serving our community is our passion. As you dive into each class, we ask that you listen to your body, surrender your ego and stay present with the breath. Find a quiet space, unroll your mat and step inside. Featuring a variety of classes with different levels, lengths of time, and instructors with easy navigation.

I had such an amazing experience at Red Sun Yoga. The second i entered the door the instructor was very welcoming and made me feel like I belonged there. I did do yoga once before at another place but this experience was totally different. I was very nervous at first but the class went by smoothly and i was soon able to forget about all of my worries. I loved the diversity and I would recommend Red Sun Yoga to everyone!

Out of all of the studios I have tried in the Orlando area, Red Sun has the best energy! The instructors are great and I always feel welcomed and leave on a cloud nine vibe. Also went to teacher training here which I enjoyed. Their recent remodel looks fantastic. The workshops/special classes are also interesting and I enjoy those :

This was my first time in a studio to do yoga, Michelle was so welcoming and informative. She lead our relaxation class so well. I felt like jello when I left and had such a relaxed vibe the remainder of the the evening. We are going again today for another class of Hatha! Such a great experience. I recommend it to all, beginners to advanced!

Ive only been to two classes so far but it's such an amazing environment and everyone is so welcoming and kind. I was super anxious about going alone at first, but Emily greeted me and made me feel comfortable. Yoga has never been my thing, and believe me, I've tried! I've been to aerial yoga, hot yoga, and all the different classes-and I couldn't stick with it because it was a chore. Red Sun Yoga is different. My family and friends ask "who are you? You've always disliked yoga" however, it's now something I look forward to! I've been taking classes regularly for a year because I enjoy it.

The instructors are fabulous- Bricelyn, Suzanne, Emily, Jenn and Terry are encouraging, knowledgeable and kind. If you are considering yoga- try classes at Red Sun Yoga. It has changed my body, lightened my mind, and given me the gift of time to focus on me.

Meeting with Diane Pilavtosky for my first ever sound healing therapy was one of the most uplifting experiences I've ever had.it's so hard to put into words of how different and elating I was before and after this session. The studio itself is super clean, inviting and immediately brings serenity upon entering. The room Diane had everything set up in was beyond next level relaxation and comfort.

I didn't want to leave! Diane is so talented in performing all the different sound stations too. I had such crazy energy and left with such positive vibes that I'm already going back in two weeks!

I visited this studio with a friend for a postnatal class with Kathy and it was a wonderful experience. The studio is beautiful, relaxing, and clean. Kathy was so sweet and took the time to really address personal points of concern before beginning the class.

Great location. Organized and on-time. Classes are not crowded. The facility is spacious, open, super clean, and peaceful. The instructors are amazing. The environment is very accommodating for your Yoga level weather you have limited experience like me or years of experience. They offer several different classes based on degree of difficulty. They color code the classes to make it easy for you to select classes based on your comfort level.

The scheduling is very easy to do online. They take the time to educate you on the different classes by offering detailed descriptions that work best for your experience level. I've been searching all over Orlando for a place with great ratings and reputable near Oviedo. This is the best I've found thus far.

Red Sun Yoga is a great place that is full of caring and compassionate teachers who know the human body. They are very observant and helpful at recognizing a students pain and help to release muscle tension and improve stretching through suggestions for that specific person's body and capabilities. I'm so glad they have been able to open under limited capacity as it greatly improves my life and physical and mental well being to be there. It was a great addition to and pick up after physical therapy. I'm getting great relief.

Red Sun Yoga has made me a yoga snob. Like it's so bad. I can't go to any other yoga studio/workshop/event without analyzing the teachers style or complaining. The way the teachers teach is absolutely amazing. It's super safe and I love how you are encouraged to do what feels good vs trying to be super flexible and show off. There are no mirrors (unlike other studios) to really encourage you to focus on you.

They also have this awesome prop wall filled with bolsters, blankets, straps, blocks, etc to help assist you in postures. I love all their classes and teachers. I love the evening classes just because of my work schedule but when I have time off, I love those 12 PM ish classes. I also love the Yoga Nidra classes and I wish they offered them every day.

I don't believe any studio in Orlando offers this kind of meditation class. I originally got sucked in doing their 30 days for $30 deal and then completed my yoga teacher training program there about 2 years ago and I keep coming back for more. I highly recommend doing their teacher training program if you want to deepen your yogic practice. It's such a life changing experience. They also offer a ton of yoga workshops and events, like ocean drum meditations and live music with yoga.

I was looking for a yoga place to start going. I'm a beginner. I had takes some yoga classes at the local Y, but not much more than that. I took advantage of a intro specialist they have.30 days for $30. Perfect way to test the waters. It was easy to get the deal online and registered for the Gentle/Level I class. The app was also easy to find and download.

When you download the app, it checks you in as soon as you walk in the door. Easy! If you don't have the app, there is a place to check in as you walk in the door. What I was looking for was a peaceful place that was welcoming and where it is OK to be a newbie. On first visit, that's what I experienced. When I walked in, I was greeted by Margo who was teaching the class that morning.

I told her I was new and she promptly walked me through the studio and provided me a tour and gave me an idea of what to expect. Including where to put my things and where to get my supplies I might need for the session. She also reassured that the doors were locked after the session starts so that our belongings were secured. The session itself was great.while it definitely underscored my personal deficits at the moment (total lack of calm & balance for starters), it was definitely geared toward walking me through the yoga poses and flow. I've got a long way to go, and I think this will be a great place to progress.

I literally downloaded yelp just to leave a review for this studio! I moved to Orlando not too long ago to attend UCF, and I was so nervous about finding a new place. Every teacher here is fantastic and there are no bad experiences. I really love Violette's classes and I find her especially comforting and talented! Definitely come here :

As cliche as it sounds I really do wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! They have a great teacher who allows you to modify the routine to what feels most comfortable to you. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who's new to yoga or just looking to relieve stress, all levels are welcome at red sun! I know they have occasional specials for new members so ask about those when you go in! Seriously, check this place out and get your zen on.

Free classes on Sundays at 4:30 taught by newly certified instructors is a huge incentive to drive 20 miles out of my way for yoga and I was definitely impressed and happy I made the trek! Red Sun is recently (beautifully) renovated and offers a lovely large room where yogis may practice. They have a spacious main studio with new wood floors and soft lighting.

Beside this space along an adjacent wall are shelves with bolsters, blankets, blocks, eye pillows, towels and straps. Across from the "Yoga-cessities" wall are the gender neutral restrooms. In an effort to promote sustainability they offer only white washcloths with which clients may dry their hands- I love this! There is check-in on an iPad at the front desk which is also in the lounge/ retail area of the studio where you may purchase scarves, yogic jewelry, totes and mat bags as well as tees and skirts.

I was impressed by their assortment of merchandise and the fact that they have ample cubbies for folks to stow their belongings during class. I believe that the desk is staffed at all times classes are held so you may rest or "pose" assured that your "stuff" is safe from theft! Our instructor was kind, gentle and encouraging. I felt very safe, comfy and welcomed by Jennifer, a recent graduate of Red Son's certification program. She did an excellent job leading our practice. Just wish I lived closer as I hear their Sunday Yin classes at 6 are incredible!

I frequently take yoga classes here and am very pleased with the welcoming environment and space to practice. Love the instructors and their help when a pose has not been performed right. I like that you can use props you may not have thought would be helpful. Tip. Be on time because the doors lock as soon as class starts.

Life changing experience coming here. Last year I did a 30 day/$30 trial and then joined and now I come here nearly every day. It's "MY" time - I make "self-care" a priority. I love the peaceful atmosphere, the teaching which goes beyond just the poses, and the journey I have gone on with myself.

I have practiced yoga at home with the help of videos and online yoga studios for years. I thought I would hate going to a studio and doing yoga in front of a bunch of people, so I had never tried it. When some health issues came up, I knew I had to find a way to get motivated and do yoga every day -- what better way than to spend money on a membership, right?

Because I didn't really know where to start, I decided to try Red Sun Yoga. mostly because they have that little Buddha statue set up in the corner of the studio and also because it's a 10 minute drive from my house. On my first day at Red Sun Yoga, taking in the smell of incense and the dim lighting, I knew I'd found my studio. The teacher (Kathy) was so welcoming, and my first class - Yinyasa - was an amazing combo of vinyasa and yin.

Since then, I've been to at least one class per day. Every class starts slowly, setting up to focus on breathing and our intention for the class, and ends with the best savasanas I've ever had. I've never felt self-conscious in any of the classes I've taken - there aren't mirrors in the studio and the teachers often make a point of reminding students that yoga is not a competition. Also, try a class that ends with a yoga nidra. Amazing!

Red Sun Yoga offers everything you would want in a yoga studio: a relaxing environment, a variety of classes offered at convenient times, skilled and personable instructors and a beautiful studio. They offer a variety of packages in order to make yoga affordable for their members as well as to accommodate individual yoga goals. An added bonus: they have a large selection of pillows, blankets, stretch bands, yoga blocks and mats so you're never without proper equipment. I love Red Sun Yoga and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in furthering their practice.

I have been going to Red Sun Yoga for over a year and I can't believe it's taken me so long to write a review! I had been away from my practice for about 8 years and, quite frankly, I was feeling a little intimidated. Living in the downtown-ish area I'm surrounded by yoga studios but none of them seemed to "fit" what I was looking for.

It was all Power-This and Hot-That and other such nonsense. I think I even saw a class somewhere called "Yoga for Wimps"; seriously?!? When did yoga become an extreme sport? I was looking for a place that emphasized the mental and spiritual as much as the physical, a place that didn't make me feel like I had to be wearing designer yoga pants in order to fit in, a place that was warm, comfortable and welcoming.

The minute I walked into Red Sun, I knew I'd found what I was looking for! I love that every class begins with a few minutes of centering and ends with the most divine shavasana. and the lavender scented eye pillows are to die for! The entire process feels whole, feels complete, as opposed to just jumping right into or out of postures. I typically take the slower-paced classes (Gentle or Yoga Basics) but never feel like they're too "easy" for me. Modifications are always offered so you can make each class whatever YOU need in that moment.

My favorite teachers are Allison, Suzie and Jessica but the entire staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and extremely welcoming. Allison's Yoga Nidra class and Suzie's Back & Hips class have been absolute lifesavers! They usually have some sort of 1st Time Student promotion going on which is a great way to try lots of different classes without breaking the bank.

I eventually signed up for the monthly unlimited program which, in my case, usually pays for itself within a week! There are countless other yoga studios in my immediate neighborhood but I gladly drive 20+ minutes for the little bit of heaven I've found within the walls of Red Sun Yoga.

Disclaimer: I'm by no means great at yoga - in fact, I kind of suck. However, I absolutely love it. That said, I came here for the first time for Yoga Day USA and it was an amazing experience! The studio is lovely and quite serene - surprising considering the strip center location. I've taken meditation and yoga classes here and both are fantastic.

This is one of the few places that really lives up to its reputation! They do offer some nice student discounts, which are worth looking into if you're of the student persuasion.

I'm a newbie who was really hesitant about my first class, but they make you feel welcome and let you work at your own pace. They also have a special pass for newcomers - $50 for unlimited classes that lasts for 30 days. It's really tempting to go here everyday, which is saying something for someone who HATES exercise! I definitely recommend this place.
