Our clinic is a family owned and operated business which was founded by Dr. William Chapel and now runs under the direction of Dr. Brett Chapel since 2005. Services
You will be greeted by our lovely staff members at which point, you will be handed our welcome package paperwork, if you haven't already filled it out. Our front desk specialist will build your file/chart in our system and one of our staff members will bring you to our examine room to complete your file.
Chiropractic is the science of locating spinal misalignments, called subluxations and correcting the alignment of the spine. The spinal corrections, or adjustments, help allow the body express its natural healing abilities. Removing or reducing nerve interference helps your body recover from injuries and fight off disease.

After an eight hour drive my neck was a mess! I was referred to Dr. Chapel by a family member. His care and the care of his entire staff was simply outstanding. Everyone in the office is personable, kind and caring. Dr. Chapel's adjustments had me feeling better almost immediately. Very highly recommended!

My words are not going to be good enough, but I will absolutely do my best to share my awesome experience. I have been suffering with chronic back pain since 2009. About 2 to 3 months b4 my first visit to Dr. Brett Chapel, I couldn't sit down without excruciating pain around my pelvis area. Also lower abdominal pain. I was seriously considering surgery, and started looking for a surgeon.
I also visited two other chiropractors, but did not notice any relief. On my first visit to Slidell Chiropractic Clinic, Dr. Chapel ordered X-rays, and did a complete evaluation. He also prayed with me. I was then taken into the massage table to treat my back. Following that, I saw Dr. Brett Chapel for treatment and adjustments. The miracle is that I walked out of his Clinic with 90% pain relief.
The only pain I had was my right quadrant around my appendix. I was able to sit without any pain, maybe some discomfort. I just have to say WOW. Thank you God, and thank you Dr. Chapel and staff at Slidell Chiropractic Clinic for my continued care. May God Bless him, his family and the staff. Thank you! Orin Mangar.

Dr. Brett Chapel is an awesome Practitioner with great customer service focused on the individual needs of his client. He educates his clients on the diagnosis received to ensure his clients actually understand the root of the problem. This place came highly recommended by a satisfied customer of theirs so I was both hopeful AND skeptical, for obvious reasons. I am happy to say that my experience with them was excellent. From the immediate reception and intake experience to the treatments I received to the very warm and personal responses from the administrative staff the entire experience has been fantastic.
Most importantly, they were able to get to the heart of my issues and helped me, literally, get back on my feet in a timely manner. The only down-side of getting better is that I don't get to see any of them again!

Recently had vertigo and read that going to a chiropractor could help. After research into chiropractors in town decided to give Slidell Chiropractic Clinic a try. Called and staff was super helpful and they were able to squeeze me in the same day as a new patient. Everyone I spoke with and met there was so kind. Dr. Brett was so knowledgeable and talked me through everything. So happy I found this place and I will definitely keep coming back!
