Pelvic floor disorders effect 1 in 3 women, yet most don't even know physical therapy exists for their pelvic floor muscles. Most often women are too embarrassed to discuss their sexual or urinary issues with anyone. Because of this, these disorders can go unidentified and women are left to live with inconvenience and pain.

Total Health AssocIates is such a wonderful, caring, knowledgeable place. My girls have been going to Dr Steve since high school when he helped them through their dance injuries for many years. Then their car accidents. Most recently helped me with an injury which was a little out of his ordinary I can't speak highly enough about this practice. Everyone needs Dr Steve in their life.

Dr. Jones is a caring, compassionate chiropractor who is always learning and growing personally. His knowledge of the healing arts and the human body makes him a terrific doctor. And he truly listens to his patients before making any adjustments. 3 generations of our family are "kept straight" by Dr. Steve! Friendly and clean/safe office as well!

I cannot say enough about how amazing Dr. Jones & his staff are! When I arrived for my appointment I first noticed how clean the office was. Dr. Jones always takes his time to explain everything and makes sure I am comfortable during my appointments. I felt immediate pain relief after my first visit. The staff was so kind and accommodating with my busy work schedule. 10 stars for total health associates!

I began seeing Jennifer when I was 5 weeks postpartum. I was really struggling and it was hard for me to envision ever feeling "normal" again. At 5 months postpartum I now I feel closer to myself. She's an amazing physical therapist, but also has a special way of making you realize you aren't alone in this journey. Everyone really needs a Jennifer in their life. Three months postpartum with my second child, I was diagnosed with a mild case of diastasis recti and referred to see a PT. I knew nothing about the condition prior to my first visit. Jen Collard was my PT and was amazing. Not only did she help me improve my DR in 4 months through targeted exercises, but more importantly, she spent time educating me about the pelvic floor muscle, breathing exercises, posture, c-section scar mobility and more.
These were things my doctors never told me about and I would've never known if I hadn't seen her. I am so grateful for Jen's help and guidance in my postpartum journey and helping me get back to feeling confident in resuming my workouts. Also worth mentioning that the entire staff is so kind, welcoming and helpful. Truly a great practice!

I can not say enough good things about the staff at Total Health Associates. I began seeing Jen in February 2018. She is great at what she does, explains everything to her patients and above all, makes sure that her patients are comfortable and educated while being cared for. I often brought my son to PT and the entire staff was welcoming and warm.
I would recommend this office to anyone that asked for a PT (and often have to other mom friends). Thank you Jen and everyone at total health for all that you have done for me!

I was treated at Total Health Associates for muscular problems over the course of 4 months, during which time I gained a great deal of insight into my condition and how to ameliorate it. I was seen primarily by physical therapist Jennifer Collard, who is fantastic: professional and very friendly, and also extremely knowledgeable. She gave me a lot of practical advice that I have been able to incorporate into my everyday life, and as a result, not only am I better, I no longer need to receive regular treatment.
The office itself is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is generally no wait when you schedule an appointment as they strictly adhere to session times. This is perhaps the only negative thing: if you miss an appointment or are unable to cancel ahead of time, you will be charged (insurance will not pay for this charge).

Starting seeing Dr. Jones recently. I have been thoroughly impressed by the in-depth care and treatment he has given me. I feel significantly better every time I leave. I feel very fortunate to have found him. His staff is top notch and I would highly recommend him! His staff is friendly and I always gets me in right away.

This practice is in a league all their own. From the moment you walk through the door; one cannot help but be impressed. Jennifer Collard is the most brilliant, caring and dedicated pelvic floor physical therapist I have had the privilege to work with. My chronic and elusive health challenges require unique and individualized treatment. My symptoms have improved tremendously in a relatively short amount of time in the hands of THE most amazing PT I have ever worked with; truly a GENIUS! Very caring staff and the most beautiful facility make this practice stand out in every way.

I was very reluctant to go to a chiropractor. I didn't want to be one of those people who spent years getting "adjusted". However, my sciatica was so bad that I wasn't able to sleep at night. My orthopedist wanted to put me on the "Advil diet", but I didn't want to go through that again. So, I checked with my health plan to find a local chiropractor who was covered by my insurance.
When I called the office, the person who answered was very friendly and professional. There were no problems making an appointment. Dr. Jones has a website that allowed me to complete all of my paperwork online, so I wouldn't have to waste any time on my first visit. His office is modern and clean. His receptionist is exceptionally friendly. Having dealt with so many doctors' offices with rude and uncooperative staffs, she was a breath of fresh air. Dr. Jones has a great personality. He's open and very easy to speak with.
We discussed my symptoms and he explained to me his recommended course of action. After two sessions, my back pain was gone and we've now started to work on my hip pain. My initial concern that he would want me to spend "years" going was unfounded. Based on my progress, he expects me to be done in a matter of a few weeks. I recommend Dr. Jones without reservation.
