I am new to area and just started going to Twin Oaks Chiropractic. I am very pleased with the services I have received. All of the staff have been very helpful and great to work with. Dr. Sellers is very knowledgeable and explains everything so that you can understand. Had my first massage from Dean Pestana, LMT and was very pleased. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr Sellers and his staff are friendly and kind. They offer great services to include: adjustments, roller table, Electric Stimulation, massage, acupuncture, and more! They work closely with Community Care personnel to help veterans regain their health.

The office staff are so kind and genuine. The office atmosphere is very pleasant. Dean the massage therapist takes time at first to get to know you but is quiet the remainder of the time to allow you to get into how great it feels. He knows exactly where the problem spots are.

Twin Oaks is my favorite chiropractor in the 417 area. The staff is so friendly and makes me feel so comfortable. Dr. Mullin and the massage therapist do such a great job and I'm so glad I decided to go to Twin Oaks! After 3 visits, I have already started feeling better.

This is one of the best chiropractors I've been to. The staff is warm and inviting. Clean facilities and a quite environment. Mr. Sellers is knowledgeable and easy to work with. Overall this is a place is would recommend the anyone.

After checking out another office in Springfield that left a terrible taste in my mouth. My husband and I did a search of offices near our home. We stumbled upon Twin Oaks and were so pleased with the results! The front staff is warm and friendly. We were greeted with smiles and kindness. The prior place we went to was rude and unkind. The doctor was thorough.

He did not promise healing but said that we would work towards a goal. My body is in terrible shape so I know that I am a complicated patient but they are affordable and flexible on when you can make appointments. No pushiness to spend thousands of dollars up front. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Bonus. they take insurance!

The staff is awesome, they got me in really quickly, and Dr. Sellers listened to what I needed. The staff got me a service plan that works for my budget. Feeling much better after the second appointment as I was pretty far out of adjustment and it took more than 1 visit to get me straightened out!

Look hands down one of the best places I have been to. Awesome Doctor and staff really go above and beyond to make sure the clients/patients are taken care of. They also take insurance and give you a upfront amount of how much it will be and you can pay it all then or pay when you come in. Plus I have had an injury that has gave me lots of pain just within 3 visits in feel my pain go down.

Just amazing and the Doctor explains everything so you understand what hes trying to accomplish and keep you healthy. Dont wait another minute call them now and book your consult.

Dr. Sellers looks at the whole picture, as well as listens to the patient. He set out a game plan for me and explained how we would fix me and why were going to do certain treatments. The reception desk and massage therapists are also amazing! So friendly. Since my first visit they recognize me when I walk in and get me situated.

Company offered to remove the mistaken $82.00 if I took down reviews. Is this how a reputable company does business? I did not and they have not so all of this for $82.00 I hope its worth it to them. I have to say that when going to see Dr. Mullins I actually liked him and his adjustment services were as they should be. However, their pressure for you to purchase expensive packages with massages and acupuncture along with adjustments is in my opinion like purchasing a time share in Florida.

At the time it seems like a great idea but once into it you wish you had not done it. This is why I quit going not because of poor service. The reason for my rating is because of this billing fiasco which was a result of those packages they push you to purchase and pay up front which we did for myself and my mother-in law. Its a shame.really.

I'd like to say that I have been seeing Chiropractors for a little over 20 years. I'm a believer in their power to heal. With that being said, I would like to tell you of my experience at Twin Oaks Chiropractic. The most valuable person on their staff is the front desk girl, Sophia. On the first visit I was very welcomed. Had to sit through a intro to Chiropractic. Didn't care, I needed to feel good again.

When I left the office, I felt like I got a good adjustment. Second visit, 2 days later. Had to watch another video explaining reasons to continue on the Chiropractors recommendations for optimum results. Then Chloe came in to give me a payment option over basically a six month period. With my heavy work schedule it wasn't an option for me. I was then sent back to get adjusted. Dr Mullens "adjusted" my back.

The second "love hug" as he likes to call it hurt. On to electrodes "therapy". Experienced electrodes before, no big deal, right? Wrong. Chloe, put the first set of electrode pads on. No, hey these might be a little cold, nothing. Whatever. Just wanted to feel good. Turning on the electrodes, Chloe says let me know when you can feel it. Ok, that's good.

Second set of electrodes. Me. I felt it but I don't. SHOCK.Me."Oh Shit" Chloe.did you feel that? Me. I think the act of me arching my back in unnatural position and the oh shit says, yes I can feel it. Now I'm hurting in a spot I didn't hurt before my first visit. When I got home I felt a need to call the "doctor" to let him know what had happened.

His response was one: sorry two; I'll check the machine and three; I'll smack Chloe in the head. Needless to say I will never go back here again. Offices like this give Chiropractors a bad name, "Quacks"

Good looking staff, good looking prices and a doctor you can't beat. There is no reason to go anywhere else in springfield. I have personally tried every single service they provided with exceptional results.
