The doctor here is amazing but Nancy in the billing department is awful, she is extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I had a charge on my bill that Nancy had agreed to drop. It was to my surprise when I noticed the charge had in fact not been removed. When I asked for an explanation she said it was because "we could afford it". This was presumptive and disrespectful, not to mention disingenuous.

I've never felt this disrespected by a professional clinic in my life. After I disputed this charged again with the clinic I found her to be very combative. she only dropped it after throwing in the snide remark that she was going to do this because "I was acting this way". As if holding an establishment to their word was childish. It is because of this kind of unprofessional conduct that I won't be returning any business to this clinic or referring it to friends or family.

As much as I love this doctor, Nancy's conduct was unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend anyone use their services while she's still employed, for fear of dealing with Billing department. Beware of unwanted and unwarranted charges while Nancy is at large!

After multiple visits to the doctor, all I had been told was to "wait out" my symptoms. After one visit with Dr. Sharif, he correctly suspected the underlying issue (which was confirmed by blood work) and I have steadily been improving ever since. His office also takes insurance, which makes his practice incredibly affordable

Dr. Sharif takes the time to listen and treat the whole person. He is very knowledgeable and caring. His holistic approach for my anxiety was very effective. I highly recommend Dr. Sharif; He is exceptional!

I called Whole Health Clinic to set up a new patient appointment and kindly asked if they would call my insurance to provide them with a few details for services to be billable. Nancy the office staff said (not in pleasant voice) she doesnt have time for that. She asked that I do it. However, is she the billing staff as well. My request was small.

She only had to provide their clinic name, address, tax ID #, Dr name, and Tel. This is not a good first impression. So I took care of it and my insurance couldnt believe she said that. Not sure if this is a clinic that I can trust.

Dr Sharif is a the ONLY doctor who I've known who will spend time with me or any of my family members (he is our family doctor) and focus on the root cause of the health problem, not the symptoms. He takes the time to listen and to find the best solution for his patients. I highly recomend Dr Sharif and will continue to have him as my family doctor. I've never had a health care practitioner that has cared so much, seen straight to the root of the problem, or been so dedicated in helping me not only get back to good health, but towards a state of thriving. His approach is to fix the problem, rather than put you on a medication or treatment that can become a lifelong crutch. For that and everything else he has my utmost respect.

I have been seeing Dr. Sharif for 6 years now. After being hospitalized numerous times and seeing dermatologist after dermatologist and 2 other naturopath doctors, no one could get down to the true, underlying issue. Dr. Sharif doesn't give up and treats everyone at an individual level. He was able to figure out the underlying cause of my hospitalizations. Healing takes time, it doesn't happen over night.

The homeopath remedies work "with" your body to heal and they work on not only a physical level, but an emotional, mental and spiritual level. Dr. Sharif is an amazing doctor of natural medicine. He has been treating me and my family with great results. It is easy to schedule an appointment with him as he has two convenient locations of Bellevue and Kent. His office staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. After seeing many doctors, Dr. Sharif was the only one to actually take time with me to figure out what was going on. He is very detail oriented and thorough. I have been a patient of his for 4 years now, and there is no one else I trust with my health issues. Anytime I need him, he is quick to respond through email or by phone.

I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Sharif as I wasn't even allowed to have a chance to schedule an appointment with him, because of his receptionist who is surely rude and chases potential clients away with her attitude. I'll be sure to get her name tomorrow! I called Dr. Sharif's office this afternoon and asked to become a patient of his, but the receptionist said "Can I talk to you tomorrow?

Maybe you should call tomorrow! Bye, Bye!" No apologies, no explanations as to why she couldn't speak to me and schedule me in when I called. Very disrespectful! I will call tomorrow and if she will act the same way I'll be talking to someone who is above her!

What an amazing Dr.! I was very skeptical about him and Eastern Medicine, my co-workers have been going to him and have spoken highly of him, his knowledge, his kindness and his ability to make them feel better! I went to him with chronic skin issues, depression, fatigue no energy, couldn't focus on getting my work done, anxiety, I was at my wits end!

Once I stepped into his office, it was like a load was taken off my shoulders. I felt at ease, he was like a therapist, going over my symptoms, asking about my daily routine, what was important to me, my family history, after 2 hours with him, I actually felt that I could get thru this panic stricken, depression phase in my life. Now a little over 6 weeks since our first appointment, I am back in the gym, eating better and able to focus, working my 2 jobs, and not stricken with anxiety and depression! You couldn't find anyone more knowledgeable or who really wants you to feel better!

I'm happy to be the first to review! I came to Dr. Sharif with chronic backpain, fatigue and an overall crappy attitude. I had been seeing a chiropractor for the back pain and had been dealing with the fatigue and crappy attitude with wine. Neither were working. Within hours of taking my remedy I felt better. Most amazingly my backpain was gone by the next morning. It's hard to describe if you haven't been introduced to homeopathy.

It just works. Within a week I was "spring cleaning" in the fall. It was mind blowing at how differently my outlook on life change so quickly but with Dr. Sharif in my corner I don't know how it couldn't. He is kind, compassionate and has a great sense of humor (something I appreciate when dealing with my "I want to choke the world" attitude).

I have even started my step-daughter with the remedies and have seen her focus and anxiety levels change. She is able to communicate without having to say um and like every other word and her anxiety has subsided dramatically. I'm on the tail end of his video on the website, I said it once and I'll say it again "You don't have to be granola to see a nautropath" Do yourself a favor, check you insurance, chances are they cover it and I guarantee you won't spend more money at a nautropath than you would for your regular Dr. visits.

In fact, I called my doc for some information and they were like WOW, you haven't seen us in over a year. For someone who has chronic asthma issues, bladder infections and severe heartburn that was amazing. I'm proud to say that I haven't refilled my wine prescription in a long time. Ha!

Dr. Sharif is our family practitioner. He has an amazing ability to listen to his patients and treat the source of the condition and not the symptoms. I do not hesitate to refer people to him for complex conditions with conficence that he wil do his best to help. His passion for healing becomes obvious at your very first visit. Teri Green Kent Wa.

My wife has been seeing Dr Sharif for a few years. I am a dentist, so I have built in skepticism about eastern medicine. This guy has cured my wifes migraines and caught that she had adrenal fatigue when an endocrinologist missed it. I have been impressed with him.

Are you constipated? Have diabetes? Gout? Depression? Chronic pain? Cancer? Get thee to thine Naturopath. I'm convinced this guy can make anyone feel better. He has extensive training that goes beyond what the teach them in ND school. Which makes him special and gives him tools that can really make a difference in your health. For me he cleared up my pesky migraines, improved my skin, gave me heaps more energy, and jump started my menstrual cycle, which was non-existant. (Maybe that's TMI, but I had to share that because it's not an easy thing to do.) My OB/Gyn wanted to put me on birth control, which would have fixed the missing period, but not the reason for the missing period.

And there you have the fundamental difference between MDs and NDs. Now, the therapies are not for the faint of heart. It takes a lot of dedication and some hard work on the part of you, the patient. But if you are tired of not getting any answers from your regular doctors. Or if you have this sneaky feeling that the drugs they give you are making you feel worse.

Then he's your man. He has incredible passion for his work, and he's not a stuffy doctor type, or a raging hippie either. You really owe it to yourself to give it a try.
