I have been going to The studio Be for aerial yoga for a month now and I really love it. The teachers are all very nice and highly skilled. Everyone that works there actually is super nice and helpful. They all make an effort to get to know you and accommodate. The space itself is a nice place to practice in as well with all the windows as well as a mirror wall to help your practice. I highly recommend this place!

Love this studio! Don't imagine myself elsewhere. The instructors are intentional and caring toward their students. The studio feels more like a community of yogis than others I have been to! It's very clean, smells great and has many smiling faces, clients and employees alike. Raquel leads a very mindful slow flow on wednesdays that I highly recommend to balance out your practice, and mel leads a very well paced flow on mondays.

When I first walked in The studio I felt peaceful and calm, this place is beautiful and clean, I loved their classes and the teachers they give us so clear cues for the poses that you can do yoga with your eyes closed, really like the flow classes love that they are not hot!

Gave the studio another try - It's definitely cooler (it's winter) BUT it is now a petri dish of Omicron waiting to happen! At a time when most places are limiting overcrowding, this studio packs them in like sardines. The owner says 20 people is a normal number - YIKES - we had 17 and it was wall to wall. Can't get a good workout in since we can't do much with lack of movement. Also - lots of crazy breathing on each other. Hmmmmm. I'd settle for 3 feet apart. If you want Covid - Come on over.
