Please, no checks. I don't get to the bank often enough to avoid confusing both your checkbook and my bookkeeping. Please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance in case of cancellation. Aside from true emergencies, in a last minute cancellation, the patient will be charged the full treatment fee.
