You're not just another person in the room that has fallen under the spell of yoga. They deeply care about either restoring your body if you have issues that you need to deal with, or deepening your yoga practice, whether spiritual or physical. We look forward to welcoming you to our physical studios again at some point in the future. The Saint Paul Yoga Center has two adjacent studios on Selby Avenue in Saint Paul. The Corner Studio is aptly named - the door is angled toward the corner of our block, directly on the intersection of Dunlap and Selby.

The studios are open 15 minutes before each yoga class. Questions or comments can be left on our studio voicemail at any time, and calls will be returned as soon as possible. The St. Paul Yoga Center is located in St. Paul at 1162 Selby Avenue, near the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Interstate 94.

It was founded in 1994 by Donna Gustafson, Don Johnson, Mary Conway, and Scott Anderson. In 2013, Paul Busch, who has taught at the center since 1999, took over operations. The Saint Paul Yoga Center has always been run by students and teachers of yoga. The center embraces diversity, with 15 teachers encompassing different yoga styles and teaching techniques.
