Institute-Himalayan Tradition

IHT is dedicated to fostering the spiritual and daily well-being of students inspired by the holistic teachings of Swami Rama of the Himalayas and the Tradition of the Himalayan Sages. The Institute of the Himalayan Tradition was inaugurated as a spiritual teaching center by the saint His Holiness Swami Rama of the Himalayas. One of the rare yoga masters of the world, he was born in the Garhwal Himalayas, raised by the yogic master, Bengali Baba, and trained in the 5000-year-old Himalayan Yoga Tradition, the oldest, non-broken tradition of spirituality in the world.
