Yoga Warehouse The Yoga Warehouse, founded in 1998, maintains a tradition of Sivananda Yoga in Fort Lauderdale that started in 1969. Our mission is to propagate the authentic teachings and practices of Yoga for the physical, mental and spiritual upliftment of ourselves, our community and all beings. Guided and silent meditation followed by kirtan and an easy-to-follow reading and/or talk.

After closely observing the lifestyles and needs of people in the West, Swami Vishnudevananda, the founder of Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers, noted that the ancient wisdom of Yoga can be synthesized into five basic principles, which can be easily incorporated into our own lifestyles to provide the foundation for healthy living.

Class Chants
Report
The Gajananam follows nearly the same sequence as the Jaya Ganesha, which we chant at Satsang. First, we invoke Ganesha to remove all obstacles, then Subramanya to give us strength and destroy all negative forces, inside and outside. Next is Saraswati to give us Divine knowledge. Then we ask the teacher (Guru) to guide us always.
