Services
Thai Massage Sessions
Traditional Thai Massage sessions use assisted yoga postures and rhythmic compression to release tension and enhance energy flow. Ideal for relaxation and therapeutic relief, these sessions are performed on a mat with clients fully clothed. Our practitioners combine mindfulness and stretching to address physical and energetic imbalances.
Level 1 Workshop
Level 1 training covers foundational techniques, including body mechanics and five preparation steps. Designed for beginners, this workshop introduces the spiritual and practical aspects of Thai Massage, emphasizing sensitivity to the body's energy pulses through hands-on practice.
Level 2 Southern Style
Level 2 focuses on the Southern Kata, a two-hour session targeting chronic pain and energy blocks. Practitioners learn systematic techniques to connect blocked areas, using assisted yoga postures for deep, non-invasive healing tailored to individual client needs.
Level 3 Northern Style
Level 3 teaches the Northern Kata, emphasizing diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for lasting benefits. Students practice tracing energy blockages to their source and releasing them through guided healing sessions, enhancing their ability to facilitate profound client transformations.
Healing Sessions
Post-class healing sessions allow students to apply techniques in real-world scenarios. Practitioners observe and assist clients in releasing energy blocks, gaining hands-on experience in tracing and resolving chronic issues under instructor guidance.
