Dr. Yang and his staff are all approachable and kind, very helpful in explaining the benefits of Chinese traditional medicine. Acupuncture sessions are very expensive out of pocket so I didn't finish my full treatment but it was an interesting experience and I did think I gained from it. Needles were a light pinch-you hardly felt them. First one he ever stuck felt strange, like some energy or tension got released.
I was totally unprepared and looking the other way so I don't think it was placebo. At least the sessions were very relaxing being in the dark and listening to music. It was like adult nap time lol. I know western medicine has recognized the benefits of acupuncture for certain conditions, and I'm sure acupuncture is not for every condition or every person. But if you can afford it and you've tried everything else out, it might not hurt to give this a shot. Your results may vary. Also try to get appointments here in his blue ash location. The Mason location always seems busier and more crowded.

In March of 2021 I started going for Acupuncture with Guanhu Yang. I went to start a weight loss program. I had several visits and with the acupuncture to stimulate my metabolism and advice to eat all my meals within 8 hours and then fast for 16 hours only drinking water. After a year I had lost 55 pounds. After the loss of the first 10 pounds I started counting every calorie.

Absolutely amazing. First time experiencing acupuncture, I was stunned with how quickly I noticed positive results. If you are hesitant rest assured the results are very real from this practice. I wish I had decided to try this sooner. Thank you!

I saw Dr. Yang last summer/fall to help enhance fertility treatments. I did get pregnant. I was also doing fertility meds, so I can't say how it happened. But doing acupuncture made me feel empowered like I was actively doing something to make it happen. And then it worked.
