A note about insurance: We accept most insurance, including MVAs and worker's comp, but at this time we are not accepting Kaiser patients (even if the Kaiser website says differently). We will do our best to help check your insurance benefits but at the end of the day, we only know what they tell us and sometimes what they tell us is not the full story.

Penda Sidibeh

Please note: we are working on obtaining proper documentation for Penda to become an official member of our team. In the meantime, you may see her in the office observing and getting to know how we operate. She will not be treating patients until her documentation is complete. Mel Seaborn

Mel has been the office manager at MHC since 2015. She manages all behind the scenes elements of running the clinic including but not limited to: scheduling, medical insurance benefit checks and authorizations for medical treatment, and answering the many administrative questions our patients have regarding their appointments.
