Services
Active Release Techniques
Active Release Techniques (ART) is a patented, movement-based massage system targeting muscle, tendon, and nerve injuries. This method effectively resolves conditions like plantar fasciitis, sciatica, and carpal tunnel syndrome by breaking down scar tissue and restoring mobility. Our providers are full-body ART certified, with Dr. Dudley serving as an instructor for the technique across North America.
Spinal Decompression Therapy
DTS Spinal Decompression Therapy uses FDA-certified equipment to gently stretch the spine, relieving pressure on discs and nerves. This non-surgical treatment improves circulation and nutrient exchange to damaged spinal structures, offering relief for chronic back/neck pain with minimal downtime. Most patients experience improvement within 6-12 sessions.
Running Analysis
Our running analysis combines video technology with expert biomechanical evaluation to identify movement inefficiencies. Led by IRONMAN triathlete and running coach Dr. Jennifer Spitzer, this service helps athletes prevent injuries and improve performance through personalized corrective strategies and ART integration.
Corrective Exercises
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists design individualized exercise programs to address musculoskeletal imbalances. These evidence-based protocols enhance recovery from injuries, improve posture, and prevent future issues by restoring proper movement patterns and neuromuscular control through progressive rehabilitation techniques.
Sports Injury Care
As official chiropractors for the Rochester Americans and Knighthawks, we specialize in sports-specific injury management. Our approach combines manual therapies, performance taping, and sport-specific rehabilitation to accelerate recovery while optimizing athletic performance through biomechanical analysis and targeted interventions.

By far the best doctor I've ever been to. The nicest guy ever, and he takes so much time with you to explain all aspects to your care including well-being, and hydration, and things you can do at home. Doesn't rush you at all, and really knows his stuff. All doctors should be like this, he really cares about your treatment and you getting better and being able to get back to doing things you love to do with less symptoms. Will definitely recommend him to others and also will go back to him for whatever musculoskeletal issues I have from sports wear and tear.
