Services
ReCODE Program
The ReCODE (Reversal of Cognitive Decline) program uses Dr. Dale Bredesen's protocol to address Alzheimer's and memory loss through personalized interventions. We combine genetic testing, nutritional optimization, and lifestyle modifications to target underlying metabolic imbalances. Patients receive structured care plans integrating ketosis, detoxification, and neuroprotective supplements to restore cognitive function.
Medical Cannabis Consultations
Our board-certified physicians provide evidence-based cannabis recommendations for chronic conditions. We specialize in cannabinoid ratio optimization, terpene profiling, and non-psychoactive formulations for pain management, neurological disorders, and mental health. Patients receive dosing guidance and product selection tailored to their specific medical needs.
Functional Medicine
Functional medicine practitioners investigate biochemical individuality and systemic imbalances through advanced diagnostics. We address chronic diseases by mapping patient histories against genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors. Treatment protocols integrate nutraceuticals, dietary modifications, and detoxification strategies to restore physiological homeostasis.
Integrative Geriatrics
Specialized geriatric consultations focus on minimizing polypharmacy while optimizing vitality in older adults. Our approach combines hormone balancing, IV nutrient therapy, and mind-body practices to address age-related cognitive decline and chronic pain without excessive pharmaceutical dependence.
Long COVID Treatment
Multidisciplinary Long COVID programs integrate hyperbaric oxygen therapy, mitochondrial support, and autonomic nervous system regulation. We employ Shoemaker protocol methodologies for biotoxin-related illnesses while incorporating PEM (Post-Exertional Malaise) management strategies tailored to individual tolerance levels.

Dr Kogan and his team at CWCIM provide invaluable medical advice and treatment. I have EDS, POTS and MCAS and Dr. Kogan not only helped me get back on my feet when no one else could, but he provided me with advice and wisdom that I continue to use every day since I moved out of the area. Just go see them and you won't be disappointed in the outstanding care you receive!

I am thoroughly impressed. From around April-October 2019 I went in every other week, mostly for acupuncture but with other treatments running parallel -- until I no longer needed them, having returned to stable treatment (long story, but traditional medicine failed me for a time via bureaucracy). In one of the toughest battles of my life, the people of this clinic, down to Danelle (I hope I spelled this correctly, if not, sorry) at the front desk have been supportive to an extent that regular clinics weren't as sympathetic. EXPECT THAT EVERYTHING HAS TO BE PAID OUT OF POCKET, including consultations, but they're also uncommonly upfront about the cost and helping you to get discounts where applicable. I always got at least what I paid for in the help that this clinic has given me, in probably the toughest chapter of my life.

These people are INSANE. They don't take insurance and they quoted me $1000 - just for an initial 90 minute consultation! Maybe they are good at what they do, but that is UNREASONABLY expensive. They clearly are only interested in helping the top 1%. SHAMEFUL!

I have been to over 15 doctors for my digestive issues, and Dr. Kogan and his team are the most comprehensive and exceptional group of practitioners I have worked with. I have not felt this well in over a decade. It is a blessing that they are in DC, and easily accessible. I would recommend them to everyone that is SERIOUS about putting in the effort to achieve true wellness. My protocol was not easy, but it has changed my life.
