I'm so thankful for Mike! He's excellent. Very gentle, yet so very effective. Always on time, willing to answer questions, willing to give self help exercise suggestions, gives helpful feedback. I went to him with constant back and shoulder pain. I'm now pain free! I highly recommend him.

The owner Lisa is one of the most kind person I have come across. When I first started going to her, I was in extreme pain from surgery. She has been doing Lymphatic drainage massages on me and I am so happy I found her. After each session, I feel a little more relief. And during your session, she gives you all of her attention. That means a lot because she pays so close attention to details of what I need to heal.
So your time slot is truly your one on one session. I do know that when she is in session, she cannot get to the phone because she gives her client the attention for that session. I am so impressed with Lisa that it hurt me for someone to say she didn't call her back because of her name. I can tell you for a 100% fact, that is not the case. And she actually cares about getting her clients back to health. So if you can't get her from the number, leave a message because that just means they are in session. She really cares about all humans. I can vouch for that. And I am a real client.

I am a dancer, actor, and yoga teacher. My work is physically and mentally demanding. I was beginning to deal with chronic low back pain when I found Mike last year when I visited my mother in Tallahassee. I realized I hadn't had a massage in almost a year! I ended up being seen by Mike. I had such a good experience with him. Mike uses the Neuro Energetic Balancing Technique and Clinical Qi Gong as he works with me.
It's subtle and very powerful. I have been experiencing a lot of physical and mental trouble (as I'm sure many of us are during this pandemic!), and he's met me where I am at. Since I've been going to him consistently, I have experienced an uplift in my energy, an end to chronic low back pain, and a flushing out of emotional/mental stuckness. I highly recommend seeing him. I've been going to see Mike for a couple of months now and he's done wonders for my back. When I went to see him the first time I was in such pain that I could barely get out of bed and had to miss a day of work. He fit me into his schedule really quickly and after my first appointment I was already feeling incredible improvement. He uses a "Neuro-Energetic Balancing" technique which is very gentle but releases muscle tension and reduces pain.
His clinical qigong style doesn't feel as assertive as a typical massage but provides relief from pain consistently. After seeing him, my lumbar spinal curve has improved and my back feels better than it has in years. Additionally, he is very kind, pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend booking a session with him.

I tried booking with them via email but I received an attitude of they didn't really want my business. I'm not quite sure why exactly or what stereotype attached to my name could have caused it but I'm hopeful that I will find somewhere else in Tallahassee or preferably South Florida that's more welcoming to do a lymphatic drainage massage for me or someone like me.
