I couldn't recommend this place more. My husband had lower back pain on and off for years and always assumed it was a spinal issue. After just one visit he was told that his hip flexor muscles were super tight and they showed him a stretching routine to do 1-2x/day to relieve the muscle's tension on the back. This was 2 years ago, and since then he has had no pain and he only needed 2-3 visits in total. We will definitely go back if/when other needs arise.

I have had a thirty year chronic pain condition. For this reason, I cannot do traditional chiropractic with twisting and cracking of joints. Dr. Panyko's skill in using the Impulse Gun has made it possible for me to do chiropractic adjustments again. I highly recommend Dr. Panyko.

This is Diana, Simon's wife. I have been seeing Dr. Jay for almost 20 years now and I cannot express how grateful I am for him helping me with so many aspects of my body. I have had so many injuries over the years, with chronic pain issues; and, he is able to accommodate my many symptoms and adjust my vertebrates and joints, accordingly. He listens to my areas of concern and I see results immediately.
I can say that I am walking and moving today, due to his expertise in helping me! He has to use different techniques depending on the severity of my condition at the time. I love that he is so versatile in his knowledge; and that goes for nutrition knowledge as well. He and his staff are exceptional at customer service and I couldn't ask for a better doctor. When I have emergency issues, they try to schedule me in, as soon as something is available. Thank you Dr. Jay and staff!
