I herniated 5 discs in my lower back in 2018 and had been getting spinal steroid injections up until October of 2019 when they couldn't get me in after a re-injury for 2 months. Started going to see Dr Kotkin for sciatic nerve pain from my lower back I was in extreme pain when sitting for longer than 5 mins. I spent over four years and I can't tell you how much money trying to find a remedy for what ailed me. Neurologists and other doctors diagnosed me (and I still refuse to believe it is true) with Trigeminal Neuralgia Type II (ATN). My last resort was chiropractic. I have only been going to Dr Kotkin for a few months and already I feel better than I have in YEARS! I go weeks without pain, which has not happened since the onset.

Thank you for saving me! As if that is not enough, I write this review today after waking in tears shortly after midnight with a headache shooting like a hot knife from my eye through to the base of my head which persisted for almost 12 hours until my appointment. Only a few minutes after my adjustment I was 90% better. An hour later, my headache is completely gone and I can function again! On top of this all, the staff that work along side Dr. Kotkin are helpful, kind, understanding and very friendly. I have not had one undesirable experience. Thank you!
