Integrative Chiropractic Care in Harpers Ferry
Harpers Ferry Chiropractic was founded in 2007 by Dr. Alissa Harris, originally from Grantsville, West Virginia. What began as a traditional chiropractic practice has evolved into a full-spectrum wellness clinic, integrating hands-on healing with functional medicine, biohacking, and intelligent recovery technologies. In 2016, we expanded into a newly built facility in Bolivar, West Virginia, designed to offer a wider range of services under one roof. Our approach combines structural alignment, muscular function, neurological balance, and nutritional needs to create personalized care plans that address pain, inflammation, and mobility issues.

We prioritize listening to our patients, adapting to their unique goals, and empowering them through education and community collaboration. Our commitment to innovation is reflected in our use of state-of-the-art recovery tools, high-quality supplements, and AI-driven treatment planning, ensuring our care evolves alongside our patients' needs. Through in-office education and wellness classes, we aim to inform and support our patients, fostering a holistic and tech-forward approach to wellness.

Chiropractic care at Harpers Ferry Chiropractic integrates Applied Kinesiology and soft tissue techniques to restore structural balance and nervous system function. Our personalized adjustments address neck/back pain, joint stiffness, and chronic stress through diversified manual methods, drop-table techniques, and instrument-assisted adjustments. We combine rehab, nutrition, and stress management for lasting results.
Massage Therapy
Our licensed massage therapists specialize in deep tissue, cupping, and lymphatic drainage techniques tailored to individual needs. Sessions improve circulation, relieve muscular tension, and enhance healing through myofascial release and customized pressure. We offer 30, 60, or 90-minute sessions focused on physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Functional Medicine
Functional medicine evaluations uncover root causes of dysfunction through lab testing, dietary analysis, and lifestyle assessments. Personalized plans include hormone balancing, gut health optimization, and anti-inflammatory protocols supported by AI-driven progress tracking for long-term wellness.
Biohacking Recovery
Our Recovery Room features PEMF therapy, red-light therapy, and BrainTap technology to accelerate cellular repair and reduce inflammation. These non-invasive tools enhance mitochondrial function, cognitive recovery, and biological age reversal when used consistently alongside core treatments.
Neurological Rehab
Neurological rehabilitation retrains brain-body connections using laser-guided drills, visual-motor tools, and balance exercises. This approach improves coordination, reduces compensatory movement patterns, and restores confidence in daily activities like climbing stairs or playing with children.

I went for knee rehab. Everything was going well until she put my hips into the wrong alignment and now I am swollen and hips are locked up. Have to under go injection and lower muscles overstretched. Horrible experience

Wonderful experience. The receptionist was kind and warm and helped me fill out the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Then Dr. Harris was the best chiropractor I have ever been to. She listened and took the time to really understand where I was hurting and why. She then cracked me from neck to lower back and I feel wonderful. She even had me move around and asked if I was still in pain, I was so she continued working until she could resolve my immediate pain.

Repeat visits will be necessary to completely fix the problem, but at least now I don't have a stabbing pain every time I bend. I didn't feel rushed or like I was wasting her time, she listened and cared! Great visit!

Alyssa started my treatment out with a thorough intake. She was helpful with nutritional suggestions for chronic pain that I've been experiencing in my hips and thighs for over a year. I enjoyed her chiropractic technique, it's not aggressive while still being effective. Not only did I feel better when I left but I had learned something as well. Nikole
