Classes

This special class incorporates Hatha Yoga poses at a slower, individualized pace. Working specifically with breath, alignment cues and hands on adjustments the student will gain a greater understanding of the poses and find strength and confidence. Experience simple and effective body movements that strengthen the back, firm the stomach, redistribute body weight, increase endurance and flexibility. This class will bring a deeper awareness of body, mind and spirit. With stress relieved from the body, the mind becomes calmer and ready to focus.
