I never thought about back problems or chronic back pain before the day that I had to. I was doing a simple task, one I've done so many times before, but this time I felt pain in my lower back that sent me to my knees. At the time I had no idea the severity of what I had done to myself. After several Doctor appointments, x-rays, a nerve blocking shot, even an ER visit, I finally found relief with Chiropractic care.
