I can't say enough good things about Dr. Knoll and staff. I love how the staff knows you by name, and you're always in and out. Dr. Knopp himself is always in a great mood, and I must also say his 30 years of experience really shows. On my first visit he was able to tell where my back was hurting the moment he looked at it! To add to that it's also easy to tell he really does care about your pain! I have been attending about a month and have been showing great improvement. And one last thing I love his philosophy of "the body is it's own best healer"!

Dr. Knop and his staff are exceptional in all respects. The staff are always friendly, timely, and beyond kind/helpful. While Dr. Knop goes above and beyond in evaluating your medical condition and constructing optimal resolutions, he also takes time for a comprehensive view of your overall health. Great service, friendly people, treatment made a improvement in my condition after the first appointment. The doctor is knowledgeable and listens very well to you and your problems. Dr knop has done an amazing job of treating me Psoriatic Arthritis in my spine. I don't think I could still be working with out his help.

I would not recommend this office. I specifically asked up front what each visit would cost. The receptionist told me $8 per visit and raved about my insurance benefits. I then received an astronomical bill that was averaging $60+ a visit. I refused to pay it up front. I asked to go on a payment plan. Everything was set up. I made a payment while on the phone. And for the next two months, nothing came out of my account.
So I called again, to make sure I was set up, they set me up again for recurring payments and the last two months, I have been charged twice each month. I called the office, the girl I spoke to was clueless. No one ever called me back and now I'm paying two payments a month. I would not recommend this office for anything. I'm going to pay off my balance and be done.

Very professional staff, very polite, they are always very very busy and they get u in very quickly. Dr knop got right to the root of my back problem and immediately started to fix it. After 1 or 2 visits i was feeling alot less pain and on my way to alot better life. Thanks everyone at Dr Knops office.
