I can't say enough great things about Balanced Health Chiropractic. From the amazing staff once you walk in and get signed in, to the amazing Doctor's, who all genuinely take a vested interest in the total health approach not just "cracking" your neck or back and sending you on your way. They invest time in making sure you have adequate tools to help improve overall heath. Bonus side effects are the power of healing from the NUCCA adjustment(s)! The office staff is so warm and friendly and the Doctors are excellent to work with. I feel instant relief when I need an adjustment. It's amazing with a gentle touch they can realign you back to normal and I feel my best! It is not your typical pull and crack chiropractic office. It is non-invasive and you recover from any pain almost immediately. My first adjustment I did experience some discomfort for 2 days and that's only because my body was adapting to its new position, the position my body was suppose to be in but was not used to.
For years I associated my lower back pain and shoulder pain to my weight. All this time it really wasn't my weight but how my body was misaligned. At first I was skeptical of the NUCCA technique but I gave it a try and after my second adjustment I was hooked! NUCCA really works!
