Services
CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that supports the central nervous system, enabling the body to self-correct and heal naturally. It addresses conditions like migraines, chronic pain, and stress-related disorders for adults, while also benefiting pregnant women and children. Clients experience reduced pain, improved mobility, and enhanced well-being through personalized sessions tailored to their specific needs.
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga classes combine movement, breathing techniques, and education to prepare expectant mothers for labor and parenthood. Sessions focus on physical comfort, emotional resilience, and bonding with the baby. Participants learn positions to ease discomfort, improve sleep, and build confidence for childbirth in a supportive community environment.
Family Gym
Family Gym sessions integrate music, yoga, and play to promote child development and parental bonding. Designed for ages crawling to 5 years, activities enhance motor skills, body awareness, and social interaction while parents engage in light exercise. Classes foster a joyful atmosphere for families to connect and stay active together.
Infant Massage
Infant massage workshops teach parents a full-body sequence based on Ayurvedic techniques to support their baby's neurological development and digestion. Parents learn soothing methods to improve sleep, reduce colic symptoms, and strengthen emotional bonds through hands-on practice and guided instruction.
Labor Workshop
This 2.5-hour workshop equips couples with tools for a confident birthing experience, covering breathing techniques, acupressure, and optimal fetal positioning. Participants gain practical skills to manage labor pain, communicate effectively, and understand the birth process, fostering readiness and excitement for their baby's arrival.

The online Baby & Me yoga classes have been a welcome bit of warm and community during these crazy times. Colette (the owner) leads classes through a combination of gentle postpartum yoga for the moms, songs to share with your littles, and baby activities to help with their development. It's also a nice and safe way to connect with other new moms during the pandemic. I LOVED these classes with my first born, when we could go in person. And they have been a saving grace and a bit of self-care with my second born, in this modified online format.

A positive nurturing environment This group of women that teach the yoga classes are awesome. I lucked out in finding my prenatal yoga home on the first visit. They are supportive, encouraging and full of information and inspiration. I'm so grateful for the time I've spent here and the love and insight I've received. I'll continue with other classes after my new edition arrives.

First time mom. My son is almost a year old now. I've been going to mom & baby yoga, baby gym, and taken the baby massage class. Colette and Jessica couldn't be sweeter. I've loved every yoga session and baby gym and look forward to prenatal yoga if I'm ever lucky enough for another baby.
