Salt Room Therapy
Our Himalayan salt room features walls made entirely of pure salt bricks and a halogenerator that disperses micro particles for respiratory and skin health. Thirty-minute sessions improve breathing patterns, alleviate allergies, and enhance skin conditions through natural ionization processes. Regular use helps manage asthma, sinusitis, and dermatological concerns while promoting relaxation and stress reduction.
Yoga Teacher Training
Registered Yoga Alliance programs provide comprehensive training in asana instruction, anatomy, and yogic philosophy. Students study teaching methodology, ethical practices, and practical applications through immersive coursework. Graduates earn certification to teach hot yoga and specialized styles, with advanced 300-hour programs available for experienced instructors seeking professional development.

Gentle yoga classes specifically designed for pregnant women focus on alignment, breathing techniques, and prenatal adaptations. Instructors provide modifications for all trimesters using supportive props and gentle movements. I love this studio. I've been to other hot studios and prefer Hot or Not. The teachers are better, clearer with instruction. Classes are smaller with more attention to the individual. Once I tried hot yoga for a week, I knew I could never do regular yoga again. The difference in the way I feel is night and day. The heat really helps with flexibility and aching joints. Don't reject or fear the heat! It is your friend.

I have only dropped in for one class but will definitely be going back They offer a $20 one week trial so you can try out multiple classes. My first Saturday class was definitely not the rigid Bikram hot yoga class I had gotten used to, and I loved the flexibility to move between different poses and to do what felt good for you. recommend!

A great place to practice or try hot yoga. Open all year. The location and facilities are fantastic. The covid precautions make the yoga experience feel luxurious. The staff and owner are great and easy to work with. The salt room is a great place to sit and meditate.

Great atmosphere and great communication and helpful ess thru the hot flow class. Michelle was kind and gave direction when needed and had soothing music and voice intonation when leading the class. I am use to the Bikram moves but the heat was perfect and her class was challenging. I will return when I come to Virginia to visit my daughter.

Friendly and welcoming studio. There are beginner and more advanced classes and a rotating roster of awesome teachers. The classes start early and go late so it's easy to fit one in. In addition to yoga they offer massages. Always been happy with both! The studio is spotless too, and they offer hand towels for free and yoga mats/ towels for rent. There is no pretense here, everyone is welcome.
